I have received at least 20 phone calls per day at my work and home phone threatening me that if I don't pay a past due bill they will take me to court and will have an investigating officer come to my work. I loved this set as it was a compromise with the hubby for the leather set I really want. I ordered the furniture and it came in when promised and we got it home all was okay. We sat on the love seat and it was perfect, when we sat on the couch it was a bit different in height but thought nothing of it. The next day it was worse, having your knees come up to your chest. Called, they came out and they put extra fabric weaved through the springs and that did not help. I took my car in to have the transmission looked at, and also for them to fix my air conditioner since it was only blowing hot. I asked them if I could have a loaner car, but they refused to give me one and even denied the fact that they ever loan out cars. I know for a fact that they do provide loaner cars, but I guess that just don't trust a 20 year-old who needs a car to get to class and work.
