Kohls/ Jewelry
I purchased a ring in the jewelry department at Kohls on may 10. I had to have my ring resized. And I have no complaints about Kohls because the sales people have been great every time I've called. But it has been over a month and still no ring.
I really think that Kohls should think about changing the Jeweler company because it seems like most of the complaints have been about the private company that is hired to do service for Kohls. I was told that all the Kohls send their jewery to the same company and that is why it takes so long... read full review »
T mobile billing
I have 3 phone lines with T-Mobile. I placed a special alert on my account restricting any purchases on my account unless its me coming into the store with valid ID to make any changes to my account. They allowed my daughter to place new phone orders 3 times. I had to call in and cancel twice the third transaction went through! Although there is a restriction in place. Now my bill is going to be almost 800.00. I dont think this is fair! I am going to transfer my cell phone numbers and just pay the cancellation fees. T-Mobile SUCKS! read full review »
Wells Fargo Banck
On Tuesday June 9, 2009 in the morning I had a call from my daughter asking me if I have withdrawn money from her account. She explained that her checks have been returned by Wells Fargo Bank due to insufficient funds. I assured her that I have not withdrawn any money from her accounts and will call the Bank to find out what is going-on. However, before calling Bank I check my accounts on the website and was shocked to find out all my accounts have been frozen and showing zero balance while I had several thousands of dollars in them. I called... read full review »
Cross Creek Properties
Douglas Blake and Ken Blake of Cross Creek Properties does a pathetic job of deck building for us. We entered into Time and Material contract with Doug Blake, they made us buy all the material and had never showed up to work. We have tried calling them several times a day but they will never pick up the phone nor they would call us back when we leave the Voice Messages. Never believe these guys, they will sign the contract and vanish. Never believe these guys. read full review »
All Star Vacations
I had supposedly won a prize on the Spanish station 98.3 fm which included an all-inclusive package to Punta Cana and another to Orlando, Florida. When I called I was told that I was very lucky to get through and that it was a limited time offer.
A week later I received a receipt for my deposit of $345.00 and a brochure. That is when I realized that I had been a victim of a marketing scam. The brochure vaguely indicated that in order to get my packages I would have to attend a 90 minute time share presentation. During our phone... read full review »
ClaimYourGas.com
The is a rebate offer of $500.00 of free gas. On the website it is totally different, offering $25.00, 4 X for a total of $100.00. They ask that you register online or if by mail send you certificate to their address with $4.50 for S & H. The offer was for purchasing a Mediacom package, (telephone, internet and cable TV) The original note asked if we had not received the certificate please let them know, then the certificate for $500.00 show up in response. Sounds out of order to me. They may get lots of $4.50, but it makes marketing have a bad rap!!! read full review »
