I have 3 phone lines with T-Mobile. I placed a special alert on my account restricting any purchases on my account unless its me coming into the store with valid ID to make any changes to my account. They allowed my daughter to place new phone orders 3 times. I had to call in and cancel twice the third transaction went through! Although there is a restriction in place. On Tuesday June 9, 2009 in the morning I had a call from my daughter asking me if I have withdrawn money from her account. She explained that her checks have been returned by Wells Fargo Bank due to insufficient funds. They ask that you register online or if by mail send you certificate to their address with $4.50 for S & H. I purchased a Gigabyte motherboard from Newegg in November 08 which had a $20 rebate. Still have not received it after numerous calls. After doing research that I should have done before buying a Gigabyte product I've found that this is not uncommon with them. I published and sell ebooks directly through the Amazon Kindle marketplace utilizing DTP (Data Text Platform). We met with Jon Cannon their sales rep. who went over all of the charges and fees. We process with Quick Books and he assured us that there would be no problems interfacing directly with Quick Books. He also had us sign up for a lease on machines to process the credit cards.
