I have purchased a coorporation from him for $4, 500 a month ago. this coop. was coming with a paydex score and D & B number. We have a contract. he promised us lines of credit of up to $250, 000 I have been in touch with him daily until last Thursday, July 2nd He has not called me back. I have looked online under his name and scams and saw him appear. I am very concernd now and am trying to get this fixed.

The shoes on the website mentioned above are definitely fake.
The shoes ordered had a pecular smell, the tecture was of cheap quality and definitely were not authentic Jordans. It is very hard to believe Jordan would allow this company to advertise using this name. The shoes are shipped from China with a foreign return label. Michaels Auto Sales, Hollywood, FL sold me a car which was shown to have defects on the inspection report, however they withheld this info from me in order to close the deal. Car was inspected 12/13/08 and they told me over the phone it was in perfect shape. I bought it 12/16 and discovered a fuel leak on 12/18 which cost me $436 to repair at Maroone Nissan of Miami who said fuel line had been tampered with when someone tried to repair it with plastic tape, so warranty was no longer valid. After seeing an ad on the Oprah website, I ordered the 14 day trial of Acai Pure. After a few days, I received a call to confirm the order and during that call was upsold 2 other products - Green Tea Extract and Hoodia Water - also a 14 day trial and told I could cancel within 14 days and not be charged. I was not advised that either of these other 2 products had to be returned within the 14 days 0 just cancelled and then returned. I received the ab circle pro in my home about a week ago. The strange thing was that every single part was there except two of the end caps. I immediately got on the phone to customer service and to this day, after a week of calling, no one will answer the phone. It says to call during off peak hours but even during those times you get the recording and they hang up onyou! Here is an example of Walmart's great customer service. I was at the self checkout yesterday February 18, I completed my transaction, I was prompted as always if I wanted cash back, as always I said no. Apparently there was a glitch and I was given a 20 cash but because I did not ask for cash back, I just grabbed my receipt and left the store. I ordered a 14 Day free trial supply of 60 capsules, ACAI X3 on 6/5/09. I received the capsules on 6/12/09. On 6/19/09 I called to Cancel, and finally got through to their automated customer service, whcih told me I would not receive any further charges.
The product did absolutely nothing as claimed, so I opened a capsule, put it into water and it floated like Talc ! Nothing in the capsule would dissolve.

This is the exact email that I sent to “The Firm” in regards to my hassle in getting a refund from them. They are no better than a murderer that shows no remorse for what they have done as long as they get as much money from you as possible. By the way, on the infomercial they (The Firm) advertised that if you ordered before the time ran out there would be no shipping and handling charges. I purchased a red wool coat from Benneton one year ago. The quality of the wool is so bad that it appears to be at least 6-10 years old even though I have not worn it much and have taken care of it. Dry cleaning does not help. It has picks all over it particularly on the collar, cuffs, and front opening. Called Empire this morning to request a free in-home estimate. Salesperson just showed up at my door and wanted to know what kind of carpet we wanted in our house. I told him that I'd like to see his samples, and that we were getting quotes from other companies as well. Customers beware of Kay jewelers. I recently have gotten married and made the mistake of going to Kay's to get a family antique ring sized. Working with Kay's has been an absolute nightmare.

Went into what I thought was a Verizon store but was actually Cellular Services Inc. The sign on building is very misleading with Large Verizon sign. So I purchased two cell phone cases with belt clips for at $25ea to later find out the cases don't fit phones properly. Return the next day and store would not return because the boxes had slight 1/4" tear on the corner where original manufacturing sealing tape was used. Store said because box had slight tear that they would not offer any kind of refund or exchange.

I paid over $400 to Chevron Business Card (Fleetcor), but it was supposed to go to Chevron Residential (GE MoneyBank). Fleetcor will not refund my money despite sending them cancelled checks proving they cashed the checks which they aknowledge receiving 30 days ago, I hear nothing more from them after repeated emails and phone calls and faxes. Ordered flowers for a wedding (Dec. 2008). After charging my card, I only heard from them 1 time. They said "On vacation till monday, will caontact you then". Nothing since. No flowers, no response to phone messages (you have to leave messages, never a real person), e-mails, nothing. This company listed my company as one of the vendors to supply their service. I looked them up and found numerous complaints about them selling Extended Warranties and not providing the service sold. When I called to see why my company was listed as one of the Service Vendors, they admitted they got our info from the phone book. Don't be mislead by this company aka CPS. http://www.cpscentral.com. I can not say enough good about A & E Sears. My Whirlpool hot water heater went out 2 days ago. It is still under warrenty. Called whirlpool they had me call A & E Sears for a repair tech. Called June 7th appointment set for June 8th. The tech arrived at 3pm had the parts the heater was fixed and he was gone within 30 minutes!! Two guy about my age (19) came to my door and were selling magazines. Well it was almost my boyfriends birthday and so i thought it would be a good gift.
I spent 34.00, they didnt take it out of my account for about 2 weeks so it ended up getting an overdraft charge on my account, so I paid those fees plus the $34.00 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Noticed charges billed on my Verizon phone bill page 12 of 14 under ILD Teleservices - a billing company that can place charges on the phone bill for another company. When I called they told me they were billing for a company called Total Contact Solutions. I called them to complain. This company supposedly provides uninterrupted connection with friends and relatives during times of crisis or disaster.
