Less than 15 days late on a car payment and I receive calls daily harassing me for money. According to the people who phone, this is HMFC's policy as it is computer-driven. You actually start getting calls 6 days overdue. By 15 days we were getting up to about 12 per day. I completed the offers and qualified for the Ipod at the beginning of August. It is now almost NOVEMBER and I have still received nothing. At first glance expertbee.com is just another q&a site. However, they are asking their users to pay for answers, and then not delivering the answers. Sometimes a user will pay more than $100.00 (US Dollars) for an answer, and then get scammed. Since PayPal's policies prohibit the dispute of a transaction involving intangible goods, scammed users are helpless. Imagine employee had switched my bank router numbers backward, which made my account over the limit. I bought 2 sets of ULTREX cookware from HSN. One had a 50 year warranty the other a 75 year warranty. HSN touted this cookware as the last cookware you'd ever have to buy. The stuff is crap.The handles are falling apart, the non-stick surface is peeling off and getting in food. HSN didn't do their due diligence in checking out this vendor or product. My son purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2004 Acura TL from Sterling McCall Acura in Houston. A short time later the rack and pinon (steering) failed, which they "offered" to pay half of (probably their cost). After overdrawing my account by about $100 (one check), First Market Bank reordered all the checks cleared that day so the largest one caused the overdraft and nine smaller ones showed as overdrafted and they charged $350 in overdraft fees. If they had not re-ordered the checks, or re-ordered them in my favor, it would have cost only $35 !! This should be illegal at most, First Market should change the policy at the least! In addition to my complaint posted earlier today, I failed to mention that my credit card was also charged a Foreign Transaction Fee Finance Charge of $2.50 on 6/23/09. The Description showing is Expressberry 800-236-1042 CYP. My credit card company thinks CYP means Cyprus (an island located in the eastern Mediterranean). Does anyone know if that's correct? Also on my credit card there are several small charges $2.00, $1.95 twice, and then larger ones $39.95, $87.13 & $87.13. I have since canceled my card and I will be disputing the charges. The Magic Bullet is advertised on TV as being able to slice, dice, puree and all sorts of things. In reality, it is an extremely expensive, poorly constructed mini- blender that lacks even basic blending abilities.
