today i purchased two 2 athletich brand sneakers i told the
sales checkout person that they where advertised at 50%
off in your weekly paper they where also marked by a
sign on the shoe isle that stated a price range for the
sneakersthat where 50% off i picked sneakers in that range
and at checkout i was told that the sneakers i had purchased
where not in a select group for the sale i believe i was over
charged at a rate of 17.99 when the price should have been

Slim-Fast Optima snack bar
I have used Slim Fast products on and off for many years, but this time, the Optima bar I purchased just three days ago had a very weird taste. It reminded me of when I've bitten into a tablet or pill that should have been swallowed whole. It had a bitter, drug-like, gross taste. I'm hoping I wasn't just poisoned! The wrapper and outer box were not tampered with in any way. I don't think I will eat any more of the bars in this box and will discontinue the product altogether. AT & T High speed DSL dry loop internet
I transferred my AT & T DSL high speed dry-loop internet from my old apartment to my new apartment. The installation date given to me was 06/29/09 (Monday). When I checked my Internet service on 06/29/09 I found out that it was not working. Hence I tried for 2 more days and it still didn’t work. After all my tries I called AT & T customer service. I ordered a bike with accesseries in early April. I waited a month and no bike. I tried calling and they never answered the phone. I tried emailing through their comment page on their site and no response. Enclosed with a letter was a cashier's check in the amount of $4, 965.00 and a 'customer service evalutaion tool' (a simple check box form to rate customer service on a scale of poor to excellent). I bought the complete compilation of Auggie Doggie Doggie Daddy cartoon episodes from a website called oldschooltoons.com. The quality of this product was ridiculously poor. It looks like something someone threw together in their apartment. The "case" the DVD came in had a cover that was simply a copy and pasted picture and printed off a home printer. Inside, the list of episodes was run off the saw way: typed up in probably Microsoft Word and ran off a home printer. The DVDs were just any old burnable discs with home made labels.

I noticed charges for $49.95 on my bank statement when trying to get credit for charges from a credit card processing company that we decided to not use. United Air Care - Bogus Air Duct Cleaning Coupon
I received a coupon for $49 in the valuepak mailing to my house and called for an air duct cleaning around June 2009 for $42.00. The tech came in and took a look in my attic at my vents. Barely looking at it for about 3 seconds he claimed I had asbestos without testing. I was surprised myself since I had a property inspection 8 months ago. I strongly believe that it is wrong and even illegal that a third party can go through my phone company to bill me for any outside services or charges without my written consent let alone any unauthorized charges. This site is maybe 5% legit. The rest of the 95% contains bots, fake scammers, and a ton of advertising cam models. I am currently on it. They charge a full year subscription. I got scammed. I believe it was 84 dollars down the pipe. All the girls that message me are cam models that talk to you for about 5mins and then ask you to go to a website and sign up to watch their show. I left negative feedback to which he was allowed to reply with misinformation he knew was irrelevant to my complaint. I have no option, on eBay, to make this clear. I am an eBay buyer and seller with 100% positive feedback and until this matter have never left a negative feedback.

Booked on Flight 366 from Seatac to IAH. Continental delayed flight 366 because of 'weather' reasons for over 4 hours. Staff in Seattle and in Houston did none of the following: Did not post delay on their flight status webpage, did not send trip alert, did not offer alternative day scheduling, provided selective meal vouchers and then either denied that they were issued or claimed to have 'run out'. I saw and handled vouchers for flight 366.

We have paid over $1200 for a computer we never recieved. Like others we have read about, they claimed we would recieve our computer after down payment and 5 payments. This company gave my dad a reverse mortage. He died Jan 14. I called them. I called them again. I got a probate attorney who sent them three certified letters asking for details of the loan, payback amount etc. Today, 7 days before the 6 month anniversary of his death, they call me and tell me I am in default, and must pay the balance in 7 days...BUT they can't tell me the balance until I fax them 6 documents. Unortunately, I made a very bad experience with Coastal Comfort in Ventura, CA. After the regular service of our heating & AC system, we were advised to replace our Germicidal UV bulb. We ordered a logo design from the above company. We emailed the description to the service provider. Upon receipt of the finished product our company name was mentioned twice. The wervice provider assumed we wanted to use cmpany name twice without confirmation from us.
We feel the design doesnt represent the galleries posted on their web sie. Got logo did revised the logo without charge, however we feel the logo was poorly designed and a mere duplication of our header via idealcleaningservices.net.

The software will not load onto my computer unless I give them my credit card number and other financial information. I refuse to disclose that private information. I believe it is not lawful to require that information as a requirement. I purchased the software from a retailer and did not subscribe to Iolo's service. Purchased 2006 Gulf Stream from Camping World, N. Charleston in December of 2008. We've had to take in in for warranty work twice and each time they have kept it 3 to 4 weeks. We're talking simple repairs here. This time we were told we could have it back in two weeks, but they are waiting for a simple A/C part which is taking three weeks (so far) to get in.

Bank of America took over Countrywide Home Loan Services Division and there has been nothing but Chaos! Bank of America cashed a check for appraisal service, the only problem, Bank of America has never completed an appraisal or even ordered an appraisal. I have been informed by the people who would speak to me that the $425.00 will be returned in about two weeks, its been almost 2 1/2 months now and I'm still receiving the run-a-round.
