I am not going to bash this guy, and I will give both sides of the issue to be a fair as possible. He does have a good record with Better Business Bureau. I will just give the main points. He made a few repair omissions on very expensive repair work on a certain system of the vehicle. When the system he repaired later failed, I complained and he resolved with me. I recently ordered the series Crossing Jordan DVD discs for seasons 1-6. What I received was a two small box set of some of the series which they recorded from a Crossing Jordan marathon from A & E. When I contacted them, they blew me off with something like a form letter which addressed none of the problems with set I had received which was an INCOMPLETE set. There were some major issues with the Fair Oaks Mall location of Hour Eyes. First, the manager is very hard to deal with. She does not listen to the customer. I went to Ikea and tried to buy a kitchen counter displayed on their floor. It was out of stock and they did not know when in would be in stock. They would not sell me the display model. I found the item online and checked every store in the US, no stock. How can they display an item online and on their floor and not have it in stock or know when it will ship? Had clutch replaced. When I took back to repair garage as clutch not working properly - the garage insisted it was the gear box not working. Be warned a lot of small business sign up with this company on a 12 month contract when that contract ends u have to give them 30 days written notice that u r going to leave them if not then there is a clause in the contract that u have to pay for a further 6 months line rental which amounts to 203.00 even if u do not have a contract with them anymore. Beware buying a wow time card from this company. They take your order and say they will call you to confirm. They do not ask you for your telephone number but somehow obtain it from Pay Pal. They never call and when after many hours of waiting you ask for a refund they charge you a fee. I went into Thompson to book my holiday to Florida via Jet save. In January they told me that the hotel I booked at Travelodge has been closed due to Health&Safety issues and that the Hotel they offered was the Continental Plaza I looked this hotel up and it was rated as a 1 star and didn't have the shuttles running to the Disney resort and Orland resort free. We hired a skip from this company last year and asked them to collect it 3 months ago. They consistently lie about picking it up and basically, because we paid up front and they have to pay to dump the rubbish won't collect it. This has caused much angst with out neighbors. I am disgusted with Safestyle UK. After quotes and survey by them, they advised that we should have "trickle vents" put in all the windows. I have an AspireOne and I love it...when it actually functions normally! Does yours sometimes (or for mine..95% of the time) freeze up when you shut the screen without logging off first?
