I complaint is about the manager Kieth Wainwright. He is a pervert who is not trust worthy. On top of that there maintenance staff is untrustworthy and sloppy. It's unfortunate that they manage most of the rental property in Greenville, NC. I sent a payment by check number 1782 Ceridian cashed and then attempted to cash it again. Which I only the money to cover the nearly 500$ check once. They tried to cash this check multiple times at whic time I had the bank issue a stop payment on the check. Called to customer service named Jack who assured me he would look into and call me back. I usually have good sevice with these guys...Between this location and Murphysboro, I have had numerous oil changes and a coolant and transmission flush...But, on my last visit for an oil change they spilled oil all over my engine and gave me the wrong sticker that was over 2000 miles off before what the odometer said. Website offers a CD for $1.99 which i ordered 5-25-09. And now on 6-2-09 they bill me $72.11 this is not mentioned on any page or I would never have signed up. I never got a CD and they want $75. I called and they cancelled and refunded my money. Beware of this website. They make a webpage for a cd and can't disclose hidden fees or send a disc sounds like BS to me. My wife and I received 2 "free" round trip airfare tickets from Millenium Travel & Promotions. This company is playing games to rip people off. They have many rules and restrictions that intentionally make it so difficult to use, that most people will probably give up. This company does not give anyone back their deposit under any circumstance. Even if there is no damage or repairs needed. I was told by their office employee who wrote our rental agreement, that in the 3 years he had worked there he had never seen anyone get there deposit back, and true to his word we did not. There was no damage or repair neede of any kind but they claim every apartment no matter how long you are there needs painting, cleaning carpet cleaned and the renter pays. I purchased a flowers from ProFlowers. I recently noticed that EasySaver is charging 14.95 on my card for several months. I contacted ProFlower and they I had accepted a $15 coupon, which I never used (I don't know if I ever recieved it.) Do not authorize a 1.97 charge on your debit or credit card for info on how to make money with google. IT IS A SCAM!!! I rented a car, long term, month to month for 4 months. Each month, I brought car back for full inspection. There was never a problem, minor damages were never noted, even after I expressed concern about small dents and even a deep large scratch on bumper.
