Back in Oct 07 I was taken in be this companies sales story. I payed first of all £609 for them to sell for us. Promised a sale in 8-10 weeks. Feb 08 we were told that our timeshare was being bought by a company called Full Circle as this was the easiest way for them to make a sale, we paid a further £965 for legal fees. I recently purchased a copy of Paint Shop Pro X2 on line from riverstreams.co.uk. However when the disc came I had a great deal of trouble installing it into my computer. Pipex claims that I owe them £33-56 rental plus admin charges which I have demonstrated to them that I do not. I have also offered to pay their claim if they can demonstrate that I do owe them money. I bought a laptop via a deal, ie., laptop free but pay for broadband £35 per month. No real problems as yet, but today I tried to set up an email account only to find I needed to contact my 'provider', 3G, to find out my server details. I purchased a sofa from a company called Natuzzi and the frame is creaking and stuffing has all sunk, they say its not there problem and that when I purchased the sofa I was persuaded to take out an insurance against any problems that may occur once guarantee has run out. My wife and I bought an "Angel Bed" thinking that we could save some money and have the same bed as "Temper-pedic" makes. This could not have been farther from the truth. Till date i have not received my refund cheque. original bills of dec.08 and Jan.09 were handed over to your main office near UIT, Udaipur. For calculation of refund. I had a past due bill with a phone utility company, and they called a third party a friend of mine to talk to me to get me to pay the bill. This debt collection agency needs to be reported and have their license to run a business removed. They do NOT follow government law. If you are looking for a good place to live, do not try out Beau Chene Apartments. This was a mistake I once made. I only lived there for one year and I will never live in any Jordan Properties again. I reported maintenance problems a few weeks after moving in and these problems have yet to be tended to. My son has insurance through this agency and they have changed the premium several times due "additional findings in driving report" They wrongfully withdraw money from his account causing several overdrafts and canceled his policy without notice. We received a call that the policy was canceled and his own agent didn't know about the cancellation. This hotel billed my credit card for 3 nights instead of two. I have emailed them and faxed them on several occasions and received no response at all. I have also emailed the Malaysian Hotels Association and the Malaysian Consumers Association and received no reply from either of them. This company will not honor the 2 year warranty on my TSW wheels. I have had the wheels for 8 months and they have started to pit. The warranty is supposed to cover finish. The guys over at Buy Wheels Today (BWT) Marty, Jason and Felix have all been completely unhelpful in resolving my issue. Went to go to print out the rebates and they were good only from 3/19/09 to 4/24/09.
