About a month after order a product, I received another charge on my credit card and contacted them. They told me I had automatically signed up for shipments (OF WHAT????) and that in addition to the package they charged me for and sent, I still owed them $19.95. They did welcome me to return the products minus their shipping and handling. It is a very unethical business practice. My husband attended an online college by the name of AIU. After received his degree and transcripts in 2005 we received a debt collection notice from CONSERV in March of 2009. Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and their were numerous problems with the SUV I purchased at which time I did not know the odometer was broken. Since they took over our area, my phone has had a buzzing sound in the background, would not work on particular days, and overall poor service. Why am i paying $65 a month for this? Landlines are going to become obsolete some day, but you are certainly making it possible sooner. These people claim to be able to give you information and support to fight unsecured debt which they basically claim is all illegal. They say they will give you legal forms and advice that will eliminate your credit card and other unsecured debt. All they do is email you generic forms with complicated wording and expect you to be able to fill them out correctly. We had an electrical oven fire on March 18, 2009 and had Electrolux send an adjuster to our home on April 20, 2009. They decided that we were to be issued a check for the amount of our oven. I purchased the "new" Hart to Hart complete series 17 dvds for $69.95 ($79.08 w/shipping). SegPay has taken monthly unauthorized debits of $39. 93 from my bank acct. They claimed that I purchased a prescription plan in January of 2009. I have medical insurance and my prescription are covered with only a $1.00 co pay. I would have NO reason to order a 40 dollar a month prescription plan. Segpay agreed to reimburse only the latest transaction, but not the previous transactions nor the additional processing fee they charged in the last transaction. I signed up for a month to month agreement so I could cancel when my travel schedule picked up. I notified the front desk I was canceling my month to month membership. I have a freestanding electric stove with glass on door. When cleaning the door, water seeped between the double glass on the door. The seal must not be sealed correctly. Their salesmen will lie directly to your face about the length of the contract. They will tell you there is no contract and that you can cancel at any time. They still have not supplied the keys or other items advertised along with the sale. It is now June 2009 and am still chasing them for the other parts. Boost moble is a real bad phone company to do any business with. I purchased a phone and the SIM card was bad when I called customer service they told me that they would FED ex me a new card but I have yet to get it. They also told me that I would get a $25 credit to my account WRONG I then called them back to ask about the SIM card and they said they kne nothing about it.
