I first tried to tried to order the Canon 30D with two Canon lenses (24-70 and 70-200 2.8) along with the speedlite430EX flash unit. Afterwards, I realized they offered a "Presidential Package" with the camera and both lenses for several hundred dollars less. Complaint - I bought a Chef's Design Pressure Cooker at a local store 5 months ago. I have read and followed the detail instructions as in the instruction manual. However yesterday, I discovered that the pressure cooker was letting off steam via the upper handle safety valve and not the regular steam release outlet. I checked and cleansed the outlets as advised in the instruction manual, however the problem still exists. Please be aware of a company from China called TriTeams (or otherwise known as FansGiving). In this day of online auctions, it has become more and more popular to purchase bulk items from suppliers located in China. I made a purchase of 50 pieces of a popular brand name item for which I paid $602.00, including shipping to the USA. When the package went through US Customs, it was opened and inspected by a US government agent only to find that the items were not authentic, rather they were imitations. My family and I visited the restaurant Dynasty International Buffet 20111 Freedom Road Cranberry Twp., PA 16066 over the holiday and we were repulsed with the service we received. The staff barely spoke English, they were rude, they spilled our drinks and when asked to clean they were rude and did nothing about it. and the food on the buffet was not cooked. I was very disappointed in not only the produce that was mailed but also the customer service response. Never an apology for sending a product that is simply not acceptable... last night there was an Indian concert at the arena adveretised by www.arongovil.com. They advertised 9 performers. Four performers did not show up. can you do something about this false advertisement. There was no news about the performers not showing up. This promoter is going to repeat the show in NY next week. Even today on TV he is advertising that all the performers will perform in NY. When I called him at 732-917-6800 I was told that they do not have time to talk. My husband and I placed a $2, 500.00 deposit to have the above named company place a roof guard on our roof. It is a coating to protect your roof during a hurricane. We had roof damage after several hurricanes in Florida and thought this might be a good investment. After getting several roof repair estimates we decided that we couldn't afford the roof guard and requested our deposit back. The company had never stared any work other than taking the measurements of our roof. Since February we have been attempting to retrieve our deposit. The company has been giving us the run around. I first purchased my whole life insurance policy from JC Penney Life Insurance in 1993. It was a whole life policy priced at an affordable price $13.34 per month. With the benefit of building cash value. JCPenney Life became Stonebridge Life Insurance. I recently contacted Stonebridge Life who offers whole life policies and they all list having building cash value as a benefit. I have a whole life policy, but it does not build cash value. I contacted them to obtain a bond to administer my parents' estate, and after telling me a price, and that I was approved, they said for me to call to set up an appoinment to do paperwork. For 3 weeks after that, I called almost every day, sometimes 2 times a day, but the manager would never return calls . On March 31 2009 I ordered and paid $458 for a Dyson25 vaccum and I was told delivery would be in 10-14 days; after the 14 day time frame I called on many occasions and received several different stories the last stated that for some reason my vaccum had not been sent and would be sent that day (4/20/2009) and I would receive it by Friday., After much whining and cajoling on my part I was given a UPS tracking number that was invalid when I tried to track my delivery. Tune Masters does NOT stand behind their product -- This is a product that should be easy to do, but they damage parts as they attempt to "fix" issues creating more problems -- I took a car into them and after they "worked" on the car was not drivable -- I limped it out of their lot and took it to another car shop and they found the damage that was caused by them. Midnight Sun and cruise is very misleading in their advertisements. They have this sun club for $18.88 a month. And they originally take out $40.00 then they force you to make a cancellation request by mail. They give you no number where they can be reached and continue to deduct money from your account. Once you send in your cancellation notice they won't cancel until a minimum of TWO automatic payments are deducted. So no matter how long you want to be a part of this membership you have to for three months which in the end is over $80.00. Most orders have some problems but the customer service representatives one has to deal with are absolutely HORRIBLE.
