Somehow company charged $9.99 to my cell phone as a premium messaging service. When I called their number, was unable to access a person to be refunded this money. Again, I contacted U.S. Cellular, and they refunded the charge. Since this is a third party billing, they have no control over it, but they can put a block on it so it doesn't happen again. My problem is when you have a due date of the 15th for example. You should be able to pay this bill online till 11:59 pm that day of the 15th. GE Money/Care Credit has decided that any day of the month that you owe money to them, your payment has to be in before 6 pm that day, so their day ends at 6 pm. I want to know how they are able to change the time a day ends. This is wrong!!! Merillat Cabinets manufactured my kitchen cabinets in my 2 1/2 year old new construction home.
