A charge for $34.84 was charged to my bank account by CARALLUMMA EXTREM and I had never heard of this company before. I googled the name and there was a whole page of people who had the same experience. I only do online shopping with Amazon and I live alone and no one else has access to my computer or my account. I notified Amazon and received a form letter about how secure their site was. This was not very helpful so I removed my card number from their files. This company provides servers for using Ventrilo and other voice chat servers. They have a very underhanded renewal policy. They require 24 hrs notice before your renewal period if you want to cancel your account, but the only email you receive is on the day of the renewal, which is considered too late. I received a notice of an unpaid debt that Ocwen claims to have purchased from Midland Funding LLC. This is an obvious scam as I have never utilized either of these firms, not do I owe any debt relating to an unpaid mortgage balance. I have requested proof of debt from Ocwen in order to prevent them from obtaining a Judgement by which they are making demands to banks for withdrawing funds. I need to know my rights on this matter. Should I send this notice to the Arizona Attorney General? And there are numerous class action suits against both Midland and Ocwen; so should I see about joining one of them? read full review »

On March 7, 2009, I placed a payphone call to my home from the Albuquerque airport, lasting only a few seconds (basically a "I'm here, come get me" message). The Faircall recording told me that my card account would be charged $1.00 for the call. When the charges came into my bank on March 26, besides the $1.05 charges, they tacked on an additional $11.27 for another call, which was not made by me. After attending a presentation, we were given (2) vouchers to send to VIP Travel. One voucher for Air Travel, and one for Car Rental. Infinity is not holding up the warranty on our spa. BUT nor is Wholesale Recreation where it was purchased. We have called both companies it takes forever for either to return your call and "we're sorry" is all we get. The 2-speed motor bearings are going out. My mother and father are insured with Shelter. They have been with Shelter Insurance for about 20 years now. Here is the problem. During a storm or just a relaxing rain water is dripping from the ceiling. The spot is getting bigger and bigger and worse and worse as it rains more. I've been charged twice in the past 4 months for 2 weight lose/management programs which I've never seen before and certainly didn't sign up for. These separate "companies" charges followed a free-trial program I ordered over the phone at which time I gave my credit card info (stupid me). Did Hydroxytone sell my information since I canceled and they therefore did not suck more money out of me? I purchased a package of laser hair removal treatments from American Laser Centers 2 years ago. The package was a little over $5, 000, included 6 treatments + a 2-year "guarantee" that said that if any hair comes back after that time I can continue treatments. Ruptured brake line on Friday March 20, 2009. Limped into Merchants in Rockville. 5 days later, I got my vehicle back and all was well, so I thought. I completely agree. They change their deposit policy after I have been depositing same payroll check and I get the charges. NOT only did I have been held a deposit, but the teller told me by midnight it would be available. that was a saturday. I waited in a Abry's drive-thru 20mins, with only one car aheaded of me. I ordered a toasted italian sub. First of all, I paid over $4 for this and it wasn't toasted, there was more bread and grease then anything. It didn't have the right sauce, lettuce, and did you forget the peppers again? This used to be my favorite sandwich. It sad when the customer knows how to make the sandwich better then the employees. And to top all this off this sandwich has almost 900 calories.
