I called 1-800-Mattress and was sold a King Koil mattress set. The mattress was delivered setup and was fine for 2 months until it caved in at the middle like trying to sleep in a fish bowl.I called 800 Mattress a few times over the next 6 months and they kept saying to rotate or turn the mattress and it will correct. I placed an order for a set of backup tapes almost two weeks ago. Datatechstore.com's website listed the items as in stock and ready to ship. My credit card was charged immediately, but I have not received the tapes or even a shipping confirmation. There are serious issues with the Manager here by the name of Idolina. Her husband was put in jail for molesting her children. She had to attend parenting classes to get them back. They offered a 7 day trial for $3.95 shipping and a CD. We never did receive the CD but we were charged on our card the $3.95 plus $74.95 which I am not sure what that was for. Since all of this had happened my husband passed away unexpetedly and now I am left with an almost $80 bill that I cannot afford and of course the company will not answer their phone or respond to any emails. I bought a top from Bay Tading Co. in Epsom Ashley centre on 7th Feb. afternoon. But didn't find it is a faulty product till I got home. I took it back the next day, the shop supervisor refused to either exchange or refrund the product. She refused to give any support but send to QC to exame the product which will take around 10 days. We had our oil changed on one of our cars and right when we got it hope it started leaving oil really bad. We took it back to speedy oil and told them what happened. They checked it out and said the oil pan was stripped. They said we have to get a new oil pan from the junkyard and bring it back to them and they would put it on for $70-$80 bucks. We had our friends mechanic look at it and come to find out it wasnt stripped at all. He put a new gasket and new drain plug in it and it works just fine. My Acadia has a whine noise that will drive you crazy. It sounds as if the power steering pump needs fluid all of the time. It aslo has a 3 or 4 second delay then a grinding sound when it is started. I have had it in the shop 3 times and it is still not fixed. read full review »

Good evening, My car was taken to Quality Brake Specialist, Inc at 180 S. Telegraph road by my fiance' on Fri 2-6-09 for excelleration issues. The owner explained that there was a number of things wrong with the car, mostly braking issues, ie. struts, balljoints.
