They have been holding $150. in pending payments since Jan. 25. No one can tell me why and the hold time to get to customer has been as long as 45 min more that once. They keep adding fees every month, even after I have submitted fraud reports to my credit card company, cancelling the credit card & issuing another, & trying multiple times to cancel whatever membership that has been unauthorized. GM raises its rate from 9.9% to 30.9 % without any courtesy phone call after a late payment. They, according to them, do not have the customer service power to make such call, nor they can they send an email warning or reminder. despite me signing up for all the alerts possible, no warning was issued and the rate changed with no notice. Purchased 2 parcels of land at an auction in Miami, Florida On December 9, 2007.
