I purchased a Baja Blaster go-kart at Pep-Boys. They were running a special. I purchased it for christmas for my kids in 2007. They drove it about 4 weeks in my back yard and both steering knuckles cracked. I called Baja and they were out of stock and the warranty was out already. They are a poor design. They should be re-called and redesigned. Their answer to the "bad design" was to discontinue the model and offer the Sandog. I don't recommend their products. On Aug. 11, 2008 I hired TNT Cart to redesign on current website and make from scratch a second website. The work was hardly even begun when the 60 day contract ran out. My credit card company got my payment taken off my credit card. In January of 2009 TNT promised they did want my business and could and would adhear to the contract. I ordered a Garmin GPS. When I check on the order after receiving a confirmation number, the order stated pending. The next day I got a call asking for me to verify my order. I tried to call them at least 20 times and the line was busy. Then one minute past five (they were supposed to be closed) I got a recording. My call had gone through but the office was closed! Fishy! This agency represents themselves as a Law Firm and Collection Agency. When in fact all they really intend to do is harass the people that are facing hard times. When this product (Warhammer Online) was purchased there was a promise of customer support by the creators of this product. During the early stages the customer service was there and seemed to match the service agreement. In the past 4 months there is no in game service at all. I ordered the Acadi Berry for a 30 day trial paying only shipping. I did not like the product because it did not work and it made me sick. I tried to return the product by phone and email however, they will not answer. I received a bill for 79.90 for the first shipment. Ordered two sets of DVDs from this company online. Their website claims that all their DVDs play on Region 1 DVD players (USA). Received the package from China. I’ve been going to St. Paul's Veterinary Clinic for approximately 20 years. I have not, over the years, had many issues with them and have always liked that they are open late and that they are the least expensive veterinarian's in town for shots. My father's AT&T phone bill was charged 14.95 and 9.99 based on fraudulent claims by ILD Teleservices on behalf of a company called US Credit Find. When contacted by phone (1-800-433-4518), ILD Teleservices claimed that these charges were authorized by my wife in January of '09, a patently false claim. The address that they had on record was correct for my father's home, but the name they had was my wife's maiden name, a name that she hasn't gone by in more than 8 years. I went to Instant Tax Service and had my taxes filed they went through every thing with me and told me that I was only being charged $250 plus 100 for the bank fees, I selected 24-48 hours and they said that if it took longer then it would automatically be charged less than that since you pay a little more than if you wait 5-7 weeks. They still charged me 380. I wish that I would have filed it myself at Free tax USA.com like I have done for like 3-4 years in the past and even for other people had never had a problem I won't make that mistake again. we bought hottub on ebay from them. paid 245.00 to upgrade the color of tub and the color of wood skirting. they didnt upgrade color. They didn't tell me that there was a 7-10 day wait when I purchased a phone online . I paid $18.00 for next day delivery and on the order page it never said you need to wait an additional 7-10 days for them to process the order. There is free delivery in 7-10 days. So basically they scammed me out of $18.00 for a delivery date they were supposed to give to me for free. It seems the method of these scammers is to contact anyone they can in your family and not you directly. My brother received 2 calls, my father 1.
