I received a call about a free 14 day trial and was to be charged a one time fee of $4.99. I agreed to the trial only. A $1.00 dollar extra for something else unknowingly and then charged another unauthorized 74.45 on debt card, called in to dispute the charge she said that I had agreed to this. I told her she was crazy as a bedbug I would not agree to this. The product doesn't work, I told her I would return it and she said they did not take returns. I have not had a problem with PODs until I moved to Egypt. The first incident was 12/2007. For some reason, I couldn't wire money to my acount in the US of A because of incorrect swift numbers. I finally got that straightened out. I had to go over Mahdi Strawter's head to get the information needed to directly wire money to PODs. In November 2008 I was quoted $123.15 and 5-7 days to fix a broken mirror. 3 months later, I still do not have my mirror as yesterday I refused to pay the $236 they are now trying to charge me.
It was explained to me that $236 is for "missed deliveries", which means that twice their delivery guy came to my house - but not at our scheduled time. Although I stuck around as long as possible, their unreliability resulted in the delivery guy randomly showing up not even close to the scheduled time, and I was unable to be home. I'm posting on behalf a friend I find this unbelievable . My friend bought a car two weeks ago got approved with a cosigner . Paid a deposit of about $1500 and then after the fact they take it back . Don't even get a cab or provide transportation back home which is sad. Then they make my friend wait a week to get the deposit back(we are still waiting) . Supposedly the lender called the loan . I dropped my two cats off at All Pets Vet clinic to be spayed and declawed. I was told they would need to stay overnight and would not be allowed to go home until 3pm the following day so that they could be "monitored." My January bill was extremely high, so I contact Progress Energy, when I asked for an explanation on why my bill was so high they (representative and supervisors) gave me different and not logic versions.

bottle of natures acai. I received the bottle, but then was charged an additional $79.96, which overdrafted my account. I called my bank and they issued me a new debit card, closing out the old one. The bank investigated the claim and came to the conclusion that I had authorized the transaction and ended the claim. Please do something about this company! From the comments that I have read, I'm glad I cancelled my debit card before they charged again.

I was billed for 72.21 on my credit card. I was not sure why. I talked to customer service and they said it was in the terms and conditions and also there was a 30 day money back policy. I received my bill on 3/1/09 and noticed this charge. I finally got a day off because i am sick to call on this and to my dismay it was to late to do anything. USA 3000 airline
We purchased tickets to Cancun 4 months prior to trip because we wanted a DIRECT flight. Two months prior to trip USA 3000 contacted us and said the flight home changed and would depart ~6 hours earlier. They said we could accept the change or they would issue us a refund. The purpose of buying these "Get A Grip" handles was to insure my elderly mother's SAFETY for getting in and out of the bathtub. However, one of the handles kept falling off the tile wall every couple of days and the other handle stuck to the wall just a little longer (about a week). This happened before they were ever used.
If a handle fails while being used, it could actually be more dangerous than not having any handle at all!

I had Haulbikes pick and deliver my motorcycle, and they took over a month to deliver it. They didn't even contact the seller to let them know they were not going to be there for second attempt pick up. I had to call them myself to let them know. Then, they didn't even show up to pick it up. They are horrible communicaters. They lie to you about when your bike will be shipped. I purchased an Infinity Upright Vacuum Cleaner within a year and a half it stopped working. I called Euro-Pro Operating LLC and was told to cut the cord in the vacuum and return it to the company. I am not sure how Credit Protection Association L. P. gets your information from previous companies. They sent us a letter saying we owed X amount. Here is the kicker and the telltale sign that they are about to scam you. "We are offering you a final opportunity to settle this debt at the DISCOUNTED amount of blah blah blah."
So, I hope you would first ask yourself, if I owe a legitimate company money, why are they discounting it?
