Cielo Azul's CEO use to sell audio books by phone for one of Lovato's failed public companies - he had two of them and both went broke. He is a con man full of mis-representation and non-disclosures. References are friends and business associates. Lovato is a nurse who claims to be an investment banker. The guy has a rolodex and is good at talking and writing business plans that are fictional. Ordered online with this company for a 14-day free trial, offer claims you will be charged $6.99 for shipping. Received product, bunch of junk. My debit card was charged for $6.99 from a country outside of the US (Cyprus). 12 days later I was billed for $69.99 and two weeks after that I was billed for $54.98. On April 3 of 2009, I received a letter from my carrier, Verizon, that I had switched and authorized a change in my phone service to worldcom for my local and long distance. I do not have long distance with ANYONE. I did not speak to anyone from MCI about this switch. When I asked the Verizon rep, he said that MCI has been known for using pop ups that when you click on, it sends a cookie/spyware to their computers and changes your service. WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. What is the best solution to get my money back. I paid $113 USD back in Oct 2008 and never received the photo book. When I emailed them they said it was due to be shipped. Of course they were lying. I then requested a refund (which they claimed was only $67 USD, which could be because the company is England and this is the exchange rate). Then they claim they have reversed my charges on credit card. They never did. I have been in touch with my bank. But they suspect they will not make a reversal at this point. I purchased and downloaded this software Pinnacle Studio V12.1 Ultimate), which would not install. I spent hours on the phone with tech support, to no avail. Finally, I purchased the DVD disk of the software, which was shipped, and installed properly. Today, Digitalriver sent me an e-mail, advising me that the download was defective, and instructing me to re-download the original purchase. Since by now I had received the DVD disk that I purchased, I had no need to re-download the original software. I requested the Digitalriver refund the original download price, and they refused.
