Sent me a check for 4922.00 US dollars, said it was for applicable processing fees and that I had won 522, 000, but I must contact this person Mr Nelson Monroe and give him the claim number, the check is very real, written on a real bank, I reserched it online, the bank is in California, and the address is on the check, this scam looks so real, I have been sent lots of scams before but this one takes the cake. I was on a budget plan and I had $1200 that they owed me in oil they let my oil tank run dry and did not return my phone calls that we need oil. It was January and our house was freezing So I called another company and they called me back in ten minutes and helped me out. Now Consumers will not give me back my money. Beware. I purchased a new LG cell phone in a sealed package. Upon opening the package and reading the enclosed user guide-page 5 states "Check To Make Sure That You Have All The Parts Shown Below"-which includes a headset that was missing from the package. Kitchenaid no longer offers a blade assembly for what would otherwise be a nice appliance. I am not the only person who has had this issue. Ordered a driver's seat and an a pillion seat for a Daytona 675. When the seat arrived it was completed manufactured incorrectly and would not fit as a replacement. I recieved a letter from HFC telling me that since i had not accessed my line of credit for several months that they were going to close my account if i didn't use it by the next billing cycle, but if I wanted to keep the account open, all I had to do was simply write a check on the account. They called and got me to pay for the renewal of a magazine subscription. They represented themselves as if they were the magazine. This was on 10-March-2009. Today it is a month later and my magazine keeps notifying me that my subscription is about to end. After calling the magazine myself, I learned that they have not received any funds from US Periodicals for the renewal. I have notified my credit card company to dispute the charge.
