I entered into a contract with GENE HIRSCH the owner of National Foreclosure Consultants Network, to purchase a database of qualified leads for my business. I paid him $4500 and what I got was a lot of garbage. 50% of the information in the database were disconnected phone numbers, or wrong numbers that DID NOT qualify for what I paid for. They sold me a demo with limited power and they have refused to refund my money when I sent it back. They don't respond to phone calls or emails since October 2008. I purchased 5 new appliances from Home Depot in May of 2006, spending close to $8000. The Maytag H2o is a complete piece of junk. I had the first circuit board failure about 10 months ago, with the ice door opening and shutting constantly. It had to be replaced, taking more than a week and two service visits. I ordered the free trial for 10 days and was only to pay shipping. I received the box on a Friday and tried it. It was very cumbersome and I didn't feel it was worth getting more of after trying it a few days. Five days after I received it, I saw that I was charged $78.23 and tried to contact the company. Long story short, my fiance took our riding lawn mower to this guy and was treated like dirt. Only thing he wanted was to sell her a lawn mower of his that was old and in my opinion just junk.
