I, too, was deceived by this company. My father and I each ordered two "OEM" Western Digital WD7500AAKS hard drives, for a total of four. They arrived fine, but they were what I would clearly consider "white label" and not actually "OEM." I had a bad experience with this company. I paid extra for overnight delivery. It arrived a day late. I made peace with that. One of the modules they sent was not what I ordered. Tech Support wrote me back promptly and said that there must have been a mistake in the warehouse and that if I wanted to return it, to contact them and they would commence the return procedure. I had an account with American Eagle Outfitters (GE Money Bank). The account became past due because I was out of work for 5 months. When I regained employment, I paid off the bill that had been turned over to a collection agency by the name of Encore. I had paid Encore in full. Their tech support is bad, really bad. They want to accuse you of wrong doing way before they'll accept that their product may be at fault. Had a board of theirs that went bad. I tried to call and cancel membership for auto-ship after receiving one trial bottle, the customer service representative Michelle claimed that I had to receive the first shipment which I did not authorize and that supposedly I had already received 2 bottles. Based on several reviews, I decided to try out a Matrix-Orbital LCD display. Their website was fabulous - well laid out, all the specs in each units descriptions, and you could even look through the manual for each item online to make sure it would fit your needs. I am having exactly the same problem. I ordered some LCR dice games. They sent me a notice the order had shipped and charged my credit card. After weeeks of waiting the games are still not here. I've e mailed several times and got no response. There's not a phone number for them I can find. I tried the tracking number they gave me and the post office says they receieved electronic advice to expect a parcel for shipment but so far it has not arrived. I'm pulling my hair out.
