Here is a company that does a HUGE promotion of a new release of a craft product. They take pre-orders and give an approximate date to their retailers on when they will be shipped. Then cross your fingers because 9 times out of 10 their products are a no show! And it is always "problems with the supplier in China?" My mother is in nursing home and is the beneficiary of a long term care policy from Genworth Financial. She is due payment the first of the month which makes up almost 70% of her care. Genworth is chronically late with payments, sometimes by over a week. In several cases they have failed to issue payments completely. we bought a televsion 4 years ago, paid 1, 000.00, trusted that Ge would provide a good long standing product. The tv suddenly quit working and after an internet search found that many people have the same problem, and bought their sets within a 4 month time frame as our purchase. This started as my fault as i accidentally hit the wrong button to update my norton 360, so i got double charged for i was trying to do, then i got ahold of customer service and they loaded norton360 on my computer anf charged me again. So that totalled 3 charges for the same thing...They had all 3 charges pending, posted the correct amount against my credit card and still have a doulbe amount pending against my card after i have sent repeated emails to them...
