This company has been sending me letters to settle a debt that is 5 years old, just recently i received a call harassing me to pay them. The original debtor has already charged off the debt and now Merchants Credit Guide wants to collect it. I was actually considering paying them off because they were offering me to pay half of the debt. I received the product and thena week later I received another shipment which I did not order or approve. I purchased a security system billed by MB CONTACT.COM on December 10, 2008. This is set up to run a security scan every day. When I looked at the program this past Monday, it had not run a scan since installed in Dec 10. I set it up to run on Monday and it is still running today. It sayd there is a trogan virus but it never finished the scan so I could see if it was destroyed or not. Initially this program was supposed to be $41.31 for a three year membership, but my card was billed for $69.14. I want my money back and this program has been deleted from my computer. To top it all off, I cannot even gain access to the site itself and the customer service reps are not helpful at all. Don't order the custom picks from Steve Clayton. I ordered the white Pearl picks. The imprint comes right off. All you have to do is bend the pic a little and the imprint comes off on your finger. They were hired to fix my furnace. I had concerns they hadn't really fixed the problem. I signed up with Dowdle Gas in January 2008 I explained I had a 35ft motor home that when I ordered gas for my home it would need gas sometimes as well they told me they could do that.
