I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to det my money back from this bogus rip off! Now today I found another charge on my bank statement from them! When I called they said that they have issued a refund back to my account for $160.00, only half of what they have charged me. This started as my fault as i accidentally hit the wrong button to update my norton 360, so i got double charged for i was trying to do, then i got ahold of customer service and they loaded norton360 on my computer anf charged me again. So that totalled 3 charges for the same thing...They had all 3 charges pending, posted the correct amount against my credit card and still have a doulbe amount pending against my card after i have sent repeated emails to them... And now trying to get hold of anyone at customer service is like impossible, so that ties up over $320 from my debit card. They sure can take the money, but hate giving it back... read full review »

No response from a week's worth of emails to their supposed "Customer Service" contact, Mike. This company contacted me about my tax debt and assured me they could take care of my tax debt for $2, 200. $5, 300 later they want $3500 more! That's $8, 800. And what have they done? Called the IRS a few times and submitted some paperwork. That's it. They call and harass me. I am convinced by the way they operate that their business model is to prey on IRS victims. I called FTC and BBB and AGO to register a complaint. If more of us will do that, they will put pressure on M-Tech and we can all get our money back. Hi, this board was marked K7DMaster SALE, only 1 left! $139. It was microstar factory exchanged, not used, we have no control over this. I have done business several times and built 2 computers buying parts through them. I find them not particularly friendly for the first time customers and their finance system does take a bit of time to work through. ONthe last order I put together a home use computer and had my answers within justr few moments after the sales/service people finished with the customers ahead of me. Received a check on January 27th which I needed endorsed by lender (One Washington Financial) before I could deposit it, so I drove to bank immediately and spoke to a Mortgage representative, Madeline. Purchased a computer from this company - they promised latest model from Toshiba - and actually sent discontinued model. RAM on computer that was promised 512MB upgrad and I only 128 MB. I was very frustrated dealing with these people. I purchased a modem from them (good price, fair shipping) and got my product in a timely manner and everything was fine. Then, about a week later, they inexplicably charges me for ANOTHER modem (the same item, only a week later) which I did NOT order. I received a trial of acai berry in Febuary. After reading about this being a scam with no results I tried to call the company several times. I do not wish to participate in the program and wish to opt out. The first call kept me on hold for 20 min. The next day I was told that the computers were down. The third call said the telephone system is expiercencing some trouble. The next call I was on hold for 15 min. I finaly left a message opting out of the program and not recieved a return call. Purchased an extended service contract from NW Jeep for my 2002 Mini Cooper on 2/19/2008. In February 2009 the transmission failed. Annapolis MINI contacted them immediately for authorization to repair. Chrysler Service Contracts stated that the dealership needed to repair my Mini and THEN submit a request for coverage. Well, I can see from teh reviews that business has gotten very bad in my year of abscence, or I was very lucky. I still get mail from these folks advertising products, but then again I have always done business with them C.O.D. I am a former LL Bean addict. Over 20 years of orders with rare mistakes and immediate correction. NOT ANY MORE. My past 4 orders have had mistakes or were not as described. This company sold me a property that was live in ready but really should have been condemned from the mold. I lived in Maine moved to Alabama and thought I had a house waiting. So when I finally got a hold of someone named Jason he laughed and asked me what did I expect. So they said we could look at other properties which were all about the same amount of trashed. This company sold me a lemon of a used car. It needs over 7000 dollars worth of fixes to make it work correctly and the transmission is about to go. Not being a mechanic I asked for a service report and they said that they would get it to me. They never did.
