I tried to order a box set of CD's for a Christmas gift... never arrived. I called in January to check the status of the package. They stated it was returned by the post office... not sure why, but now I want a refund. They sent the refund to the shipping address (was was different then mine as it was to be a gift) not to me - the person who paid for it!! It is now April and the refund check has not arrived. Ordered sample of Easy White Lab's teeth whitening product along with a similar sample from another company. Both products were advertised togather. All I had to do was pay the shipping (which is how they get your credit card information). Both companies charged my credit card for the shipping which was minimal. I took my Van to Tilden to fix a severe front end noise. After explaining the problem to me, I reluctantly agreed to pay approximately $700 to have it fixed. Then they said my account was closed and the deal was off. I am out $429 and have no idea what the status is of my account. They claim Dell Financial (another nightmare) took it back. This company uses a sign up charge after you obtain a credit card from them. I did not sign up for on-line web service or services. They billed me $25. for not paying my invoice which they did not ever send me. I called and got that credited--than they set me up with a rewards program to another company.
