This company is a fraud and a scam. They give you a sales pitch on the phone and then their entire aim is to get your credit card number . This prepaid phone card ( Power Ball ) is not being reliable and there's no customer service as they stated. I attemped to get an account with Grant One a Day on 2/21/2009. The site would not run properly. Via e mail I contacted customer support and they responded promptly. I still couldn't log in. I had a problem at the Macaroni Grill near Greenville South Carolina when I visited friends there. I just purchased one of these cameras from Adrenaline Systems on Ebay, there are several other names they go by (adrenaline cameras, helmetcamera.tv, extremeguys, etc.) but I suspect they all sell the same junk. I have had a total of 10 major billing errors. One medical test they never submitted to my insurance until 2 years later when I went back and checked. They will turn things over to collections that I have paid for, they do not return calls nor letters. When there is an error on the part of how much something was or that they billed me for something I did not receive; they just ignore it and send it directly to collections.
