I have had a few repairs done under warranty and they were paid directly the repair provider. Today, they are telling me to pay the repair and they will reimburse me. In 1999 I had a problem with my checking account at the Smithfield, NC branch of Centura Bank. I began recieving the first of what would be between 250 and 300 bounced check notices that I later found out was due to someone being my account besides myself. 1/26/08 What a horror it has been in dealing with 'American Puppy Club' I Bought a Yorkshire Terrier Puppy from them on 11/11/07, he was very tiny and very sweet, He came down with the sniffles and a cough on day 4 of being home with us. After picking up my belongings, VIP Relocation called to tell me they had weighed my stuff and it weighed 1680 (180 lbs over the estimate which was 1500 lbs). This location is the only one I have dealt with. My husband and I have had Lucy (woman in charge?) call our home, his place of employment, and our cell phone on numerous occasions to berate us. I am stuck with them now. They are stealing from my daily. They do not invoice in a timely manner. See they take 10%. 5% is there's the other 5 is put into reserve. And based on when customer pays I am suppose to get it back. The customers I deal with pay in no more than 45 days and sre approved by them to factor. This company is supposed to be an assisted living facility and take care of our elders. It does not do this. They hire lazy care givers that get minimum wage, and only put 2-3 on the staff to cut down on budget, and these people are the ones taking care of our parents.
