Not only have they taken my money, and now will not call me back in the last 30 days. I have now found out that Frederick Law Group LLC said that they paid one of my creditors and the ckeck they posted bounced, and a second settlement that they arranged has become null and void because they stoped making the payments. I have for the last 30 days tryed to contact them and all of the voice mail boxes are full, and they have not returned my e-mails. As an employee with the company, I was constantly being harassed by my supervisor. I reported 3 separate incidents to my manager, only to have the supervisor get worse after each complaint because he knew that I was complaining about him. When attempting to voice my fourth complaint to Human Resources, I was fired instead of getting the chance to explain what happened to me. It has been noted on several websites that Dooney and Burke's coveted IT Bag uses defective material. The material used to make the bags turns yellow regardless of sunlight, heat exposure etc. I have had by bag for 18 months. I spent over $200.00 on that bag. Willshire Credit bought my loan from Mortgage Lenders Network in Febuary 2007, they notified me on the 7th of the month that they are taking over. We purchased Huyndai Tiburon which suppost to have 100, 000 miles warranty. At 60, 150 miles the sun roof cardboard cover stocked in the railings. All dealers refused the repair. I too was scammed by this company many years ago. I was in high school, and when I joined I wanted to make sure that I would be able to cancel my membership because I was going to go to college out of state. One of the "trainers" (really a sleezy salesman) assured me that all I had to do to cancel was to tell them that I was moving. I like the fact that this store has the merchandise I want. But EVERYTIME I patronize this store, they charge me more money than the posted prices, or they have no price on the item I wish to purchase. It's as if they don't even sell the item. We purchased a home in which the sellers provided a Home Warranty through American Home Shield of Florida (AHS). We had a problem with our air conditioner and the warranty company (AHS) sent out an air conditioning specialist to investigate the problem. We also had other air conditioner specialists investigate the problem in the interim. The air conditoner specialist that AHS subcontracted was from the company "Air Doctor." I joined a movie site for a 3 day trial for $1.00 on 17 March at 6:13 p.m. On 20 March at 6:26 a.m. I canceled subscription and received a confirmation that my cancellation was a success.
