I Ordered House season 1-4 and Dexter season1-3 boxsets from the website using a debit card and received a confirmation email notifying me that product would be shipped within 3 business days...that was february 14 2009. Here it is March 2 and after calling the 800 number assigned and giving order number I have not been given a reason for delay of shipment. I have been a customer of Saveway Petroleum for 4 years. The actual service has been acceptable but on the expensive side. I ordered a variety of products from Dream Products.com, I also was sent a catalogue; but I chose to purchase from the online products. It took Dream Products.com a day to debit my account; but I did not receive it for approx.2.5 weeks after ordering. I ordered dvd's and a letter was sent stating I would not be charged until the order shipped, however, in checking with my bank the charge went through right away. I tried to email the company and they are all returned. I tried calling but just get a bogus answering service. I have left 18 messages and no response. SOLO Communications, through Enhanced Billing Services, alleged I signed up for a fax/voicemail service when I called to inquire about the service. Even though they insisted I signed up online for the service, I assured them I did not and that obviously something fraudulent had been done in my name. The CSR immediately offered to cancel the service and refund my money(3 months of charges), but said it would take 1-2 billing cycles to see the refund. This company and the guy that owns it, Sandro Catalic, is a ripoff. He will tell you that he can do all types of general contracting, but then botch the job. What's worse is that when you call to get him to repair or redo it, he disappears. He installed a ceramic tile floor in our home a little while back that almost immediately started shifting and moving. When we called him several times to come back, he kept ducking us. I had purchased a couch through TRS at Ashley Furniture and at the time was told that if I could not come by the store to make the payment, they would come to me free of charge. We have been charged for the last 3 month for Enhanced Long Distance; funny thing is we never signed up for it, and why would we when we have long distance service from our telephone company. When you order this trial product, they scam you by making it look like you are only being charged the shipping and handling fee for your free 14 dat trial. It shows up on your bank statement as a $3.95 charge and then about 2-4 days later the charge has a foreign atm fee($.10) associated with it. I order the Federal and Private Grant CD online for free with a shipping fee of $2.29. I did not know you had only 7 days to try it out from shipping date. I bought 2 dvd players from walmart. In a 2 month time period both dvd players made a loud popping noise and caught on fire. I had some one I did not authorize use my Emerald Card Mastercard to AT&T totaling almost $500 and neither h&r block nor AT&T is doing anything to try and have this issue resolved. I am a single mother and depend on what little bit of money I have coming in. We had decided to buy an Miniature Australian Shepherd from Kathy Tomerlin at Boldheart Mini Aussies in Arizona. She toyed around with us not being able to tell us which of the dogs would be available until the day they were to be shipped out. The dog was a present for my daughter's 5 th birthday. In November 2008 I paid for two personalized, time sensitive baby items. At the time the store accepted my payment for these items I was told that the items would be sent to my relative. Laptop Advantage is a useless company company. The laptop that we ordered wasnt the laptop that was sent to us. The lcd screen was burnt with an image. When we called back for a refund. I ordered and paid $207.66 via phone for the gas sending unit. I was never told I could not send it back if it did not fit. I spent more then $25 shipping back the unused perfect item and $40+ on long distance phone calls trying to get my refund (they have no 800 #) & put me on hold several times.
