Ardent is an unethical business. It will take advantage of tenants and drive up costs in addition to the deceptively low rent. Caveat Emptor: Tenants should avoid any property managed by Ardent. I ordered 2 beds with mattress including a dressing mirror and chest for my home recently, and both of these beds were scheduled for free delivery. I was happy for the free delivery but only for the clumsy delivery guys who were so ruff and inconsiderate. they just rushed into my home, virtually hitting the stairway and the walls. i was so much annoyed as they were not even sorry for the accident (which would have been Not one...if they were little considerate of someones property..) I signed up with mycreditgroup to clear up my credit and I decided that it was not the right decision for me. The process fee is $99. The day after I signed up I canceled. MyCreditGroup took the money out of my account the same day but I have not yet recieved my refund and it has been three weeks. I just don't think it is right for them to hold on to my money especially since they have not done anything. I too signed up for the "trial offer" for make-up with Mineral Elements and pay only for S/H- $7.32. I read everything before I put my card info in and it said nothing about returning within 15 days. When I received the product, sample size, thats when it told I had 15 days from the shipping date to return product if I was unsatisified. My washing machine from Sears first needed repair on December 15, 2008. At which point it was determined by the technician that the door needed a simple repair. Once the part was sent to my house another technician came to the house and luckily checked the machine a bit more an determined that there was a much larger repair to be done. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT deal with this dishonest bank. They promised me a loan as long as I could come up with the first 6 months payment up front. I did that, sent them almost $2000. Then the day that they are supposed to disburse the loan to me they call and demand ANOTHER 6 months prepayment, for a total of the first year's payment up front. I was granted a loan approval, then I was told I was appoved for a pick-your-pay loan, and then asked to drive 2 hours to a location (KIA DEALERSHIP), where I was basically introduced to a ton of stipulations regarding my loan that I was not presented with during previous conversations with the loan officer. Nonetheless I was not able to puchase a vehicle due to the fact that I was asked to put down money and not able to choose the vehicle of my choice. I inquired about an interest only loan with Nations Choice Mortgage on 4-11-06. I found them on Bankrate.com. They were listed with very low interest rates and low fees. I guess I should have know right there and then it was too good to be true. The loan officer Linda Schrader informed me that the loan application fee will only cost me $350. After only having the LN52A750 Samsung LCD tv, it began to automatically turn off and then back on continually untill you unplugged the whole set. This continues to this day as soon as you plug the tv in. It began this on Feb 24, 2009. I have been eating at Carls Jr since i came back from Vietnam in 1973. I have found their restsuatnts to be generally ok but on average about 50/50% as far as food quality, service, restroom and prices are concerned. This is a complaint about the Sonic Drive In St Francisville, Louisiana. This is the worst Sonic I think in the State. The parking lot is so torn up that you risk tearing up your vehicle pulling up to a stall. When it rains the parking lot is like a lake with a million huge potholes that you can't see. Next the food tastes good, but it looks terrible. When i order a double cheese burger it's so flat that I have to double check to make sure it's not a single.
