I ordered shoes on 2/10/09 and still waiting on them. The money has been withdrawn from my account and I haven't received the shoes as of 2/26/09. I spoke with the owner, Ann Conlee and she stated that the shoes must have gotten lost in the mail. I asked her for the USPS tracking number and was told she didnt have that information. She was supposed to send another pair of shoes to me in Ohio and provide me with a tracking number from USPS. But have yet to receive it. PX Performance offered a weeks supply of Acia Berry product over email and once accepted they would put you on automatic ship and begin shipping and billing. I immediatly canceled and returned all product, contacted my Credit Card provider and began a dispute. Ultimately PX billed my account for 3 of the one week charges and 2 of the monthly charges before I closed my credit card to terminate their fraudulent charges. They send you the wrong size, item, etc. Then, when you email them to get the RMA to return the item, they don't respond to your email! We recently had our service with Fairpoint canceled. We chose another provider whom we are very pleased with. Fairpoint will not release our telephone number to our new provider. What this means is that I can call anyone anywhere and NO ONE WHO IS A FAIRPOINT CUSTOMER CAN CALL ME! I received a bill from nwpsc for $160+ including a previous balance of $75+ and late fee of $10. I made the complete payment on the same day. However, neither did I receive my previous bill for $75+ nor did their online system allowed me to login and check my account balance.
