I have been covered under Anthem Blue Cross via COBRA since 1/1/09. Anthem is supposed to cover 20 combined acupuncture and/or chiro visits per year as per my plan agreement. I have two seperate car payments and I do online payments for each one seperately, however, my payments are always applied to one vehicle which leaves the other unpaid with a late charge. Sometimes deductions are made from my scheduled payments without notice which results in late payment fees and in some cases negative reports to the credit bureaus. I had used this company a couple of times with no problems. The third time I had used them, the movers broke a leg on a table while taking the table out to the moving van . I went there for a treatment and was very shocked at how unprofessional and rude the staff is. I felt like they didn't care about me or how I was feeling. When I told them I was in pain they ignored me and made me feel like I was a baby or crazy. The Drs are not caring and I feel that they rush the job to move on to the next pt. I recently moved to NY from another state. During the process I got multiple bids on my relocation. One of the companies that I got a bid from was Dimon & Bacorn. 2 fans and a water extractor were brought to my place in a timely manner. I was handed a contract and told this would be paid by the insurance company. Naturally, I signed. Water came in a window causing moisture in the carpet and padding in a small area of the condo. They pulled up a small area of carpet and placed a fan there to help dry up the water. I had long hair well past my waist, I ask for a 2-3 inch cut of the dead ends, instead it was approximately 8 inches. Someone you trust to give you a trim has no business cutting off your hair, it took years to get it to the length that it was.
