It takes up to 2 weeks for your payment to clear. They set low credit limits so that your month to month limit is easily exceeded. I have a Discover card by the real Discover and never have any issues, with a $12K limit. Sams lures you into a new card that pays 2%, but GE is the issuing bank...It comes with low credit limits, very slow payment posting (sets you up for excess charges & fees) and lousy customer service. The only good thing that I suggest, is to pay in person at the Club, that way you get a receipt & GE can't drag their feet in posting the payment. read full review »

After ordering in 2007 from this company I received an email receipt but never a product delivery. After about two week I tried to contact them with the email address at their site. It was returned as an unknown address. I became suspicious and started monitoring my credit card information daily online. Sure enough, a $3000+ charge was attempted against my account. I was able to stop it and get account closed. I filed a complaint at https://complaint.ic3.gov, but I guess that went nowhere. Carl Newlen and Amanda Newlen listed a website for sale on sitepoint.com. They said that they would sell the website to me and to send them money via western union. After they received the funds via western union I never heard from them again. I never received any website files at all! I lost $12, 000.00 USD. I am currently contacting the FBI Internet Fraud Division and filing a motion in my home state court for their immediate arrest for interstate internet fraud which is a federal offense. I did not recognize a charge on my credit card statement for OEM/PARTSBIN. So I called their 800 number and found out this was an online auto parts company. I have never ordered auto parts online. They authorized an order using my credit card information, but with the wrong phone number and wrong email, and shipped $162.31 worth of auto parts to a woman in another state, hundreds of miles away. Like many of the people reporting on this company, I received an email for a 'free trial' package of their products. All you had to pay was the shipping fee which was under $2. No where on their web site does it state that this is a thirty day 'trial' and that you will be charged $90 for your 'free trial' products. On January 19, 2009 I contacted Dr. Gray Bailey's office due to a toothach. They were able to see me that day. I had already been suffering with this tooth for a week and knew it needed to be removed. It was absessed and my face was swollen and I could not eat, sleep, let alone work... whick I had been for a week. I first bought a timeshare at Oasis Lakes Orlando in 1999, we had no problems. paid our maintenance fees which increased drasticly year by year. I received multiple phone calls every day for 3 weeks from this company. I finally answered, and they offered me free magazine subscriptions. Then at the end of the call they tell me it'll cost me $3 per week for 2 years. I thought that wasn't such a bad deal, and I was hoping the harrasing phone calls would stop. This was the worst 5 yrs warranty I've gotten. I purchased a Fujitsu s6210 with the fry's five year warranty. It took about 2 months for the laptop to return from servicing; and when it came back, it didn't even power on! I sent is back for another 2 months. I DID get a loaner laptop, but the service manager tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee because it was 'used' after 4 months of impotence!! (That would have been almost $300+!) This complaint is mostly about how the trainer that I paid to train me for fitness and fighting lessons would not promote hard contact sparring! His classes were detailed and well run, but at the end all i really wanted is bloody nose or black eye to feel acomplished for my training. I called the phone number to cancel the order(which you had to do in 14 days from time of ordering), I had no problem. They told me I had a 7 day trial period and that the materials or kit would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. As it turns out they charged my credit card before I got the kit to even try it out to see if it works. They give you a web site address as if already know what's going on.
