I ordered a free 30 day trial. There is no place that say they will charge you the following month $79.95. The sit has a very very small place where you add a check mark saying you agree to the terms. It is on a separate web/screen so most people do not see it. G.E. service warranty said that my contract had expired back on 7/31/08, but my contract shows to expire 11/30/09. I had purchased the orginal contract, then purchased an extension to the same contract due to the G.E. refrigator had multiple problems from day one. They made up a story that I had over payed my contract & they refunded my overpaidment, which voided the 11/30/09 date. Then they said that someone had called & asked for a refund. The Redding Record Searchlight, even though it is a different county has posted articles 4 times on an assault charge. The articles are one-sided and lies. I haven't been able to find any similar articles for Siskiyou County posted in this newspaper. The Record Searchlight has contributed to the corrupt judicial system in Siskyou County and makes it impossible for the suspects to get a fair trial in Siskiyou or Shasta counties. I received a notice on my door indicating a bag of trash had been found inside one of the new dumpster fences with my address inside. It also indicated that a charge of $75.00 would be levied and referred to a newsletter dated August of 2008. I would have thought a note saying “Mr. Ingersoll, we found a bag of your trash on the ground inside the fence of our new dumpster…please be more careful in the future.” would have been more appropriate but instead I get and aggressively worded letter, saying the February rent won’t be accepted unless the $75.00 is included. read full review »

Other similar assault cases are not covered at all or just mentioned in the Sheriff's Report with no names. I tried to resolve my issues with EG Automotive last week, while talking to Erick Holly about licenses, Mrs. Ki owner of the gas station jumped in and said we have license. She proceeded to show me the gas station's license, just then Cintas Uniform's company showed up and I asked the driver about how they got Cintas to sign them up for uniform's. Siskiyou Daily News has put 9 articles in it's newspapers repeating a one-sided story, of an assault. Five of these articles were on the front page and four had mug shots of the suspects. I did research and found that other similar incidents are not covered at all or barely. September 11, 2008 the Sheriff's Report stated that a 33 man hit a 50 year old man in the head with a baseball bat. No names, no article, no mug shot. In 2004, I purchased a 2004 Nissan Quest and an extended warranty for 5yr/60k miles for $1100 from Star Nissan in Niles, IL. At the time I purchased the car, the factory warranty was 3yr/36k miles. In 2007 I moved to Texas. In December 2008, I took my car in for service at a Nissan dealership in TX and learned that Nissan had extended the factory warrranty on the 2004 Quest to 5yr/60k miles in 2004 because it had so many problems. 8 months ago I purchased one time WIFI internet service from AT&T at an airport. Now I realise that I am subscribed to a yearly service paying 20$ a months. I built web sites all my life for a living so I'm 110% sure that it wasn't very clear that I'm subscribing to a yearly service. I find AT&T's aproach very deceiving because I opened up a web page designed for that airport and its clear that %90 of the passangers would like to purchase a "one time" service. The Equifax online site is full of **** I was subscribed to this service for two years Last November I cancelled the subscritions I had because some of the services I was paying for were not accessible by my or active. I did not feel that it was right to continue to take my money for services that I was not receiving. September 2008 -I called in to see the price of 1 carat tanzanite gem. The price was too high (I had seen them earlier for less money) so I told the rep I did not want the order. I then received 2 one carat tanzanite stones in the mail. I called customer service - extremely long wait, spoke with supervisor and she agreed to refund my credit card to include shipping. I purchased an SUV from them in November of 2008. I noticed the first week of driving the truck, that there was a terrible grinding noise whenever I turned the wheel. I took it in for repair, since it was still within the 60 day dealer warranty. They basically said they didn't really know what was wrong with it and just put some "additive in it".
