I went to a model casting call for the Redken/L'Oreal Symposium in Las Vegas. False advertising. Ordered a camera advertised at $209.00 with free shipping. Website shows all that is included, battery, charger, etc. I called to check on my order and was asked what battery I wanted to order with it, the 2 hour or 5 hour. I told him I was fine with the battery that came with it, he said it did not come with a battery. I told him that I was looking at their website and it showed that it came with a battery. He proceeded to argue with me, I told him to cancel my order. He said OK, but I will monitor my credit card. Movers showed up one hour and thirty mins late, movers were slow knowing that they were being paid by the hour. Rude supervisor and the fees that were included that was to be free i didnt get at all. I used this website because it was recommended for this particular funeral service. I placed the order and the website asked for a specific date to be delivered. I entered my information, thought everything was ok. I get an email around 2pm EST the next day, stating they wouldn't be filling my order because it wasn't placed in time. We purchased a wine bottle opener from this company that did not work properly from the beginning. It never worked smoothly and often didn't remove corks properly. It then broke entirely. We contacated them and offered an exchange for another type of opener, and they refused. They then stopped responding to our contact efforts. We ordered a computer for our daughter in Atlanta Ga. It was to be a Christmas present. We ordered in on Dec, 9th. It would have been shipped on the 11th. I tried to get a copy of my DAC from USIS and to my understanding you have to be a member of USIS therefore to become a member, you must have a USDOT DAC #, Be an owner of/or qualified representative of the company and have a dot number. I've purchased a single tire from America's Tire due to a tire blow out. The brand of this tire is Mohave, which had a 35k mile warranty. At 12k miles, the side wall of the tire had a concave indentation. As a result, I drove over to the place where I've purchased the tire for a replacement. I had been forced to change my flight multiple times with each time paying a penalty for the change. This happened until I realized when I could not choose the dates I wanted even though they were just a couple of weeks out. I had called and they told me that the ticket had a one year validity from the initial purchase and this was a policy implemented after my initial purchase. Your not getting what you pay for when you order ribs at Outback. Go to any good BBQ place and order a 1/2 or full rack of ribs..and you'll get them. This is not so at Outback Steakhouse Restaurants. I am a retail company who placed a wholesale order with Bootleggers Bluff in September of 2008. I have not received any product, nor refund.
