I think that this is honestly the worst place you could possibly order from. They simply do not communicate with customers. I ordered a laptop from them. I ordered a "universal" folding bluetooth keyboard from buyGPSnow.com, discovered that the device was not, in fact, universal, so could not be used with my device. I needed a fan for my Onkyo 805 Receiver because it's been known to be hot when in use. Someone bought a fan at buyextra and was happy with the results and recommended I get one as well.
