APR Computers, Inc.
I PURCHASED TWO OKIDATA 420 PRINTERS, WHICH I WAS TOLD WERE "IN STOCK" AND WOULD SHIP IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. IT ACTUALLY TOOK 31 DAYS FOR THEM TO SHIP. ALSO ONE OF THEM WAS DOA. SINCE APR DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS, I'VE HAD A TERRIBLE TIME TRYING TO RETURN THE PRINTER. read full review »
Appliance Parts Specialists
I ordered a snap disc furnance switch on Oct. 16 (card was billed even though item didn't ship) with standard shipping (2-10 business days). On Oct. 30, I emailed as I still hadn't received the item (or any sort of communication of a delay in shipping.) I was told that it was on order from the manufacturer and there was atleast another week of waiting for it BEFORE they'd ship it to me.
I wasn't willing to wait that long when I can pick the part up locally for the same cost. I asked them to cancel the order and wa... read full review »
Real Solutions Labs- Acai Berry
Total Scam! Received a sample per advertising as associated with Oprah. The on-line form said I had two weeks to cancel. It took over a week to receive the "Natural Acai " product. Real Solutions Labs charged my account $69.95 a couple of days after I received the product. I requested a return & refund because my doctor said not to take it. They refused to take it back or offer a refund. Also they gave a different corporate home address when I tried a second time to get a return/refund. Scam Artists. They should be prosecuted and put out of business. read full review »

HControl
Possibly the worst organization I have ever dealt with starting from the CEO Mario Bustamante down to the admin staff that I was forced to deal exclusively with at my residence for cable tv, internet, telephone and alarm monitoring because of a confidential agreement signed by Michael F. Aranda of EH Building Group.
If you are in the same boat you fully understand why this company has a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. We do not enjoy the blazing internet speed and reliability of a fiber optic network. If the telephone... read full review »
Cabela's Refund & Exchange Policy
I am of the opinion that Cabela's is using unauthorized means to collect personal, private identifying information. Their policy is disturbing, questionable, and suspicious. If you read the fine print of their return policy, the "100% gaurantee" is apparently a half-truth.
In order to complete a return or exchange the buyer must "present a valid photo ID that will be recorded and retained in a database to be used only for authorizing returns." "Recorded, " i recently found out at their store in Louisiana... read full review »

PRICE SAVERS
I, like the complaint before mine, have been charged 8.51 for 2 months and these charges are unauthorized by me. I have tried numerous times to contact this company and have received only a dead air response followed by the call being dropped. The number has been disconnected and there is no way for me to contact this company to cancel an "account" that I never authorized to use my credit card. I demand that the money charged to my credit card is refunded and that my account is cancelled immediately. read full review »

The website doesn't even exist. Can't find it anywhere, just pulls up all the complaints about the company. I guess I will call and cancel my debit card today, after reading all the complaints, which is the same with all the other acai berry and total cleanse products out there, I have been dealing with the same thing on all of them. Beware, I opened a capsule today, wondering why it looked so different than the other products with similar names. Low and behold, it smells like lipton instant tea and tastes like it as well. Rite Aid Corporation
Rite Aid offered a rebate for an item that the store was out of. The store manager issued a rain check for the item and stated the store would honor the rebate even though the item would not come in until after the rebate period ended. I obtained the item two weeks later at the rain check price and was told I had to return on a weekday for the clerk to fax the rebate request, which I did.
A week afterward the fax was sent, I received an email stating Rite Aid would not honor the rebate as it did not state 'rain check' on the... read full review »

Last year I subscribed to their download (utility software) service, $20. It never worked, and I emailed them several times trying to get a refund. Instead, I got form letter promises, no action. I gave up after I learned they were in BK. But, just this month, I got a notice I'd subscribed again, for this year, without doing so. Naturally I emailed them, twice, to cancel, but no answer. Now I have to track my credit card bills to find the billing, and cancel it that way. What a ripoff! read full review »
Car Connection Central
They sold me a Suv with the wrong size tires and numerous other serious problems and refused any liability. The owner of car Connection advised me that the smaller tire size had caused the previous owner no problems so they felt no obligation to assume liability for any of the problems I incurred.. Two Ford Dealerships told me they were not safe. James Hubings partner Larry told me the service plan I purchased would cover part of the damage to the Differential only if my mechanic did not mention in his report that different size tires had been used.

Fast forward to now. The collection agency that handled my original loan with Meditec now is demanding $1900.00 for a course I allegedly signed up for last November through Meditec. I NEVER signed up for any course. In fact, I was attending college at another school at... read full review »

AMPCO Contracting
We did a job for AMPCO, and only received a fraction of the total amount due. We have been waiting for well over 6 months for the balance due to us. They recently purchased a new excavator for over $100k and yet, they still can't pay their bills.
The owners are very immature and have a hurry up attitude, that causes equipment damage, property damage, and soon will result in employee injury or worse.
I would definitely think more than twice of choosing to work with or contract with AMPCO. There are too many liability risks involved. read full review »

Well, I was sent a contract to sign and pay up, 2-3 payments with terms to pay otherwise, interest would incur. That was my first 'threatening' comment from them. This was a lot to front for a small business like myself.
