I purchased this scooter while on line with the Scooter Depot. Their claim is that they have excellent customer service. When I received they scooter it would not start. I had to take it for repair. I thought I was just sampling a product. Thats what the web site stated. I purchased the trial supply/sample online. December 17, 2008 my bank account was charged $4.99 + $1.00 I assume for shipping/handling and an additional $1.00 it stated for shipping insurance which I did not request. That was fine though. As a former employee of Silverleaf Resorts - Buyer beware..The treat their employees worse than the hundreds of people that they filter through the timeshare presentation. If you bought with them, check your paperwork. You probably missed a signature on one of the documents, but I guarantee you that if you requested a copy from the corporate office, your signature would be on that document. Canceled our reservation without accomodating us at an other hotel after our full payment was made on our credit card. The company stated that there wasn't any room available at this hotel, wich is a lie cause we talked to the hotel directly and we do in fact have a confirmation number from the hotel.
