DRI Spyhunter is a scam. I purchased the software for 29.99, and it did nothing. I was amazed there were no reviews on the internet making clear the product was worthless. Six months later I got an email saying "thank you for your purchase" and a second charge of 29.99 automatically taken from my account. I never authorized recurring billing. I called 800-999-2734 and was told the charge would be reversed immediately. This is a fraud most likely set up to dupe people out of money who don't check their bank statements thoroughly. read full review »

Questia is an online library. It has various subscription plans. Two years ago, I opted for a yearly plan. When you subscribe to Questia, you can't just subscribe for only one year and that's that. They force you to enter a perpetual agreement that is renewed every year, and is billed by Questia withdrawing from your bank account without telling you. I have had my oven out since the week before Christmas, have had four service calls, and still have an oven that does not work. Had an appoinment yesterday to install part, but service tech never showed up(he said he did). This is the absolute worst company to deal with. June 2, 2008, I went to a Brake Team business at 1134 82nd Ave., Portland, OR 97216 to get their $99.00 brake special. I received a call from Summit Alliance about a great deal on magazines. So I (stupidly) authorized a one-time fee charge from my account. I have had several fees taken out of my account even after telling them that I DO NOT want their magazines and have sent back the ones that I had received. They have even charged me an overdraft fee. NextRx is totally incapable of delivering prescriptions in a timely manner. This is twice in a year they have done this to me. You would think two and 1/2 weeks is enough lead time. Back in October 2008, I had a granite counter top installed and noticed shortly after the counter top was installed that the cook top was cut off center from the microwave above and stove below.
