I just bought a brand new townhome this is fanatic, but Verizon spoils the party, if you are someone doesn’t need, or want to pay $40 to $50 dollars for super-fast internet. Verizon seems to force you to buy fios, because if you have a new home, with fiber-optics, you can no longer have high-speed or DSL from Verizon. I purchased a Camera last December and have returned 5 times for the same Lens Error. I get the same reply every time We could not observe any malfunction. I just happened to be going over credit card charges to tighten up the budget and noticed that this CIC*CC was charging my credit card $14.95 for the last seven months! I ordered a product on a trial basis.and then cancelled it within the time period. they charged me for 3 shipments. NWA lost my daughters luggage in Detroit and despite finding it, failed to deliver it in a timely manner. In spite of repeated phone calls to customer service providing all the requested information and guarantees that the bag would be delivered promptly, she has not been contacted about delivery which was supposed to occour today. The suitcase has perishables of which they were notified. NWA staff are the most incompetent on the planet. NWA customer service is obnoxious. I contacted Novelty Central on 1/6/09 relative to my purchase of the software above, after my computer crashed. The program software came with a CD. Instead of providing me with the activation key that is required to reinstall this software, they accused me of installing the software on multiple computers instead of just one and have thus refused to respond to my phone message and emails. Had furnace (forced hot air) serviced last fall. Three days later the heard horrible noise. WMS serviceman told me the powervent was demolished and it had nothing to do with the maintenance service they provided 3 days early but was caused by the system. They even give you an 800# to call them to get information on their products, when you call it, a recording comes on like it is going to connect you to the next available customer representative and no one ever comes on the line.
