I ordered a Color Frame/Clock/Radio Hidden Camera DVR from them for $519.00 on January 1, 2009. I received the package on Jan 12, 2009. The item was extremely used with numerous smudges that would not go off. There were minor scratches on it as well. It was missing a micro SD Card which was promised in the advertisement. Although I received (most of) my order quickly, I realized as I was getting the invites ready to go (I purchased the shells form them) that they shortchanged me by 10. I immediately emailed and asked them to overnight the missing envelopes to me so that I could get them in the mail. They began calling me about 2 weeks ago. They call every day, usually more than once. I have asked them 5 or 6 times to take me off of their list (even twice in one day) but they continue to call. I was contacted by Warren National University about continuing my education. I enrolled and sent them a large sum of money. They enrolled me in some classes and I never heard from them again. When I completed all my classes I stopped sending them any more money. I've tried repeatedly for over a year to get enrolled in addtional classes, or get a refund. A little snooping led to our finding that GotBody.com (fitness supplements, etc.) has a small pre-checked box for a "Free FitFactory Trial Product" that, if not "unchecked", provides FitFactory with both your credit card number and AUTHORIZATION to bill your credit card. In July 2008 we received a letter stating that escrow would be add to our mortgage loan because we fail to pay our property taxes for the year of 2007. Gave them a call told them taxes had been paid in April, 2008 was told that they would make a note on our account. We had our Dish Network disconnected to an outstanding bill. I got a bill in the mail for apx 230.00 for services that I did not recieve. I called customer service and they told me that my bill had been adjusted to 122.00 which was correct, and that I would incur a 25.00 reconnect fee. Well my Mom did like the Jacket and it arrived in average time. However, I decided to purchase it from shop.com because it was the cheapest price and it was only the cheapest because of $10 off. But they didn't mention that the $10 off that shows off in your cart is something that takes up to 45 days to process and won't shop up on your credit card bill until it's processed.
