Ordered FREE trial of Acai Berry Detox - received trial and paid $5.00 shipping - then they charged my account $87.13 for the first months pills which I have never gotten nor did I give them permission to charge my account. Called the number, which is no longer in existence, on January 6, 2009 and spoke with a woman named Joyce and was given a cancellation number of 145080 but as of today have not received a penny. Cancelled my debit card so they cannot put any more charges on my account read full review »

These people are rip offs..You order something from a company and they think they can go into your account and just take money out when they like...They just took out 69.95 for something i have never ordered just a bunch of internet theives...Make sure not to order on line until you are sure it is safe...These lazy people that want to rip off hard working people instead of finding a real job...You know what i am going after them and good i am going to the TV news to warn people about these rip offs..I still have the transaction going and they better hope to god that it does not go through because i have reported this card stolen.. Marshall Reddick
Mary Snyder January 13, 2009
We lost most of our retirement because we believed that Marshall Reddick was a man of his word. We bought 2 properties in AZ in early 2006 based on his recommendations and used his referral realtor. He knew the market there was already diving, but he continued to promote it as the top market. We had a horrible experience with Brewer Caldwell, the realtor/property management company, including damage to one of the properties that they would not take responsibility for. (They let potential renters have access to the property without... read full review »

Cherry Moon
Flynns January 13, 2009
I received my credit card with 2 charges from EZSVER RW at 800-355-1837 and had no idea what it was. I looked online and saw all these complaints from Pro Flowers and this company. I called the number and the guy said the charge was associated with a Cherry Moon purchase we made. He was going to cancel this "membership", which we didn't sign up for, and refund our money. Now only time will tell if they return the money... read full review »

Helena's not a FOOL for SPAM January 13, 2009
I received a check in the mail this weekend without an envelope and instructions to become a mystery shopper. The check was for $4, 998.00. These people must think everyone is stupid! First of all, who in their right mind would think this is a legitimate offer? They ask you to purchase $257.00 worth of merchandise and wire transfer the remaining balance (probably to them). This is the dumbest scam I've ever received and I've seen and received many in the JUNK/SPAM mail system. PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU RECEIVE THIS OFFER TO BECOME A... read full review »

CERTEGY + TARGET
Jill P. January 13, 2009
My husband wrote a check to Target for $33. At that time his checking account had approx $20000. in it. Target took the check. One month later he tried to write a check at Home Depot -- they refused the check and handed him a little yellow"Dear Customer" card. He called the 866 number. The Target check had apparently bounced. He called his bank. Not only had his check not bounced, they'd never seen it. In the meantime I wrote a check at Ralph's. It was declined -- little yellow card, etc. We called Target. Turns out... read full review »

VERY SHADY business practices. I'd recommend ANYONE interested in a cellular phone to AVOID ALL KIOSKS in general. Go to a local Verizon or TMobile warehouse and avoid these shady characters. Not only did they NEVER give me a phone (couldn't get it working and didn't have another one in stock) I got a credit (paper in hand) on the whole transaction because I never received the phone, yet received the bill on my credit card anyway. Purchased software to see what it could do. It does nothing. Most of the items on there menu are just short cuts to utilities that are provided for you by your operating system. I only tried it because of the 'No Explanation 30 Day Money Back Guarantee'. Do not fall for this. You will not get your money back. This is one purchase your credit card company will not come to your rescue. You will lose your money. They literally are thieves. 24hr tech support does not exist. If they do respond to you, it is in some style of broken english. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! read full review »

Everest Institute
Sam January 13, 2009
I attended Everest Institute (formerly NIT) in Dearborn, MI for Massage Therapy in feb of 2007. I was very confused when I was first denied financial aid without a co-signer but was later 'accepted' completely on my own. I didn't question this until I later quit this hoax of a 'school'. I liked the program at the beginning until they decided they were going to change our 'mods' or classes around e.g. start at mod D, then go through E-G back to AB and C. Even our instructor said that this was unacceptable... read full review »

Lowe's Extended Warranty Plan
Cathy Stevens January 13, 2009
Another "Do Not Use Lowe's Extended Warranty Plan" because Lowe' refuses to honor it. I have been trying to have my Samsung front load washer repaired since last JULY. La Mesa, CA Appliance has been to my house numerous times and cannot repair it. La Mesa Appliance told me more than once to "bolt the washer to the floor", which voids the warranty. I am still in the process of getting this resolved. Lowe's must not pay fair market appliance repair because their vendors (La Mesa Appliance) treat the... read full review »

Nuvox
Constantine January 13, 2009
This is to inform all business / new customers about Nuvox. We signed up for their service to provide our office with internet & phone service back in Oct 2006. All service has been great. But for people who are looking at them for service, take a second look before you sign. Why I say this is that we have a 3 year contract with them, and buried in the contact it says that they can raise the price of your service to anything they want to. I had to go back a take a second look when I got this notice on our bill about a rate increase. I... read full review »

On a summer afternoon I was working in my garage with the door open. At the time I lived on the corner of a main thorough fair and a side street in a suburban neighborhood. A young well dressed man approached me as I worked. He explained that he was the representative of ProAlarm, a home security company. Normally I would have politely turned him down with no further conversation, but I had recently been considering getting a home security system, so I figured I would at least hear what he has to say. Kathy January 13, 2009
All I can say is this company is misleading in many ways. First, their website indicates FREE benefits, new employees get a tele-med program for themselves with no family coverage, not that it paid diddly anyway. After a year the employee gets real health insurance. Second, the website also indicates excellent maintenance program, what a crock of poop! Third, if you're parked at a truck stop and a thief breaks into your trailer and steals the product, they will fire you for it or demand that you quit then give you an hour to have... read full review »
