AARP refused to pay for my prescription for Sular. I read the 2009 Formulary book sent to me in late December of 2008 for the year 2009. Sular was listed as a Tier 2 drug. I ordered a 90 day supply Janauary 6, 2009. The provider called and advised it was not covered. I called AARP and was informed the drug was now a tier 3 drug and they would not pay. In November, the week of Thanksgiving 2008, A blonde boy named Chris knocked on our door to sell magazines. Long story short, 65$ later, NO MAGAZINES have arrived. I purchased a 14-day trial from Acai Burn, for which I was charged shipping & handling. Three days after receiving the ordered pills from Acai Burn, another bottle arrived that was not ordered and the shipping and handling was taken from my account without authorization. I have an Acer Spire 9410. Mine also broke by the hinges. I called Acer and they said that they have not received any other complaints about this problem and they refuse to fix the proble. I bought from Circuit City and got an extended warranty to it. They are also getting away with it by saying that was abuse, not normal use. The normal use of a laptop is by opening and closing the lid when you are going to use it and put it away. HSBC dedcuted money from our checking account with without prior knowledge. When I called to remind them of the pay schedule we both set up they were whatever, still can't get any help. I asked to be transferred to the United States as soon as India or whever picks up. That is on option and does work.
