My account had two unauthorized ACH Debits from my checking account in December from CREDITTOOLSrx.com. One for $29.99 and the other for $28.95. I disputed these unauthorized transactions with my financial institution and they said it is an authorized transaction. I have never heard of credittoolsrx.com and never signed up with any services with this company. Who can I dispute these unauthorized ACH debits on my account with? I was a customer at Net Detective since at least January of 2004. I purchased a lifetime membership and have been relatively pleased. Today, I tried to log-in and met with a screen that wanted to "update my information" but stopped me from completing the process and told me to contact customer support. We had a HORRIBLE experience with Cheapo Air. Once you book your ticket at their quoted price, leaving your credit card number with them online, they send you an email 3 DAYS LATER telling you that the original price has increased by HUNDREDS of dollars. Your only choice is to purchase the plane ticket at this new RIDICULOUS price, or charge you a cancellation fee. In this economy does any private practice have the odasity to turn away an insured patient? I missed my first appointment because of emergency family business, I could not call or cancel in time. When I had called to reschedule I was told by the receptionist that I had failed. I was dumbfounded because I had not heard this phrase since gradeschool. Normally a dentist would bill for a missed appointment and give you a chance to reschedule. Because of this unfortunate event, I will make it known of these frivolous and silly hangups. I saw their ad for a free sample, placed the order on 12/23. Haven't received a thing. On 1/12 they charged my account $87.13. I called them and told them I wanted to discontinue my membership and the reason was because I wasn't receiving any product and wasn't happy paying for something I didn't receive. After 8 visits the dentures do not fit. I have extreme pain. This place took at least 7 impressions and finally told me that dentures are extremely hard to make. I know several people that have gone elsewhere and had no problem. So, after paying $2000 for one plate I will have to go elsewhere and have others made. Aspen Dental in Danbury Ct. This place reminded me of one of those quick lube places where you come in for the $20 oil change special but they insist on adding on, adding on until you are convinced you need $300 worth of work done to your vehicle. I purchased a Groehe shower set about 3 years ago for a guest bathroom that is used infrequently. A few weeks ago the shower head broke (fell apart). It is suppose to have a lifetime warranty. I contacted Groehe customer service. After waiting on the phone for over 1/2 hour. I was treated very rudely and told they could and would do nothing for me. The prodict was top end and fairly expensive and the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I also visited a local plumbing supply house who told me that Groehe quality is poor. When I first got hired for the Co. I they offered direct deposit. I illed out the paper work and started to have my payroll checks deposited. They pay biweekly. The last 3 months the Co. has not diresct deposited my checks on time. I transfered to Dr Robinson from Olympia. I have been disabled for 5 years, the MRI she did was abnormal. I asked her to fill out disability papers for me and she took the forms and told me to pick them up next visit. The next visit she did not ask how I was, she got red in the face and up close to me. She threw the forms down and called me a fraud. Told me I needed a psychiatrist. I have had a Neurologist since my brain accident, endless tests that all shoe deterioration of the brain.
