My fiancee was bought a Zune 80 gb from his sister in September of 08. In December of 08 the Zune would not charge. I called the Zune department and they offered to send me a box (3-5 days) for them to repair the Zune. I received the box in 5-9 days. Received an email offering a free trial of slim shake if I paid for postage (4.95). There is a large button located in the center of the website page to accept the free trial offer. I thought I was accepting the trial offer but afterward was billed 88.97. Once you press the trial offer button you are taken to a second page with no other terms listed. Beware, you have now joined a regular monthly club and will be billed. Way down at the bottom of the first page of the email website is a small terms button. Hi I applied for a loan modification back in July 2008. It took them 3 months to contact me after calling them serveral times. In October 2008 I was in the middle of doing a loan modification. In November 2008 I found out that the person I was dealing with was laid off & my file was never completed. This is not fair. I need this loan modification. I purchased a laptop that has a lot wrong with it, The keyboard does not work properly, the charger doesn't charge, The computer processor is too slow, can't download anything. I paid for my insurance with automatic withdrawl. I informed the company not once but thee times to change banks. This was even done in writing The charge was 32.00$. I took advantage of an add on MSNBC, CBS or ABC to get a trial sample of Acai berry dietary product for $4.95. In August we bought a mattress from Linder's furniture and was told we would be eligible to receive a $500 gas card, free. What they didn't say was it would be in increments of $25, pending sending in $100 worth of gas receipts each month, by the 25th of the month, from Mobil. I love the manager of this Dunkin Donuts!! She if very sweet!! The donuts and coffee are always very fresh!! The place is always very clean, and all the employees are clean and nice when I go there!! BUT for about 2 weeks in the month of January 2009 she was working without heat...it was in the teens temperture wise. The police department even reported this information for her. Her boss in Williamsburg, Virginia promised to get her a new heater and it never showed up and then he stopped answering her phone calls!!! I tried to call and the phone line appeared dead. I have done my own oil changes on my Honda Civic for a while but i just recently moved into an apartment and no longer have a work space to do it on my own any more. When I called they explained to me that a person name so and so entered my phone number for some kind of email server services and stated that they were authorized to use my phone # and that I gave permission - which I did not. My husband has a loan with GEMB lending and was behind in his payment so I told him that he could make the payment out of my checking account. I was present when the call was made to GEMB. I purchased a car from this company in Jan of 2004. My car payments are $370.00 a month and there has literally not been a single month that I have paid on this car and actually had it run correctly. We were tricked into signing a one page contract by an agent. After we found out that the monthly charge was more than what stated in the contract, we called to cancel and were told that we were locked for four years.
