I responded to a website ad (referred to the product as having been recommended by Oprah) and used my credit card to pay $3.95 S&H for a trial offer. I never got the email confirmation and never received the trial. They have charged an additional $87.13 plus $2.44 for foreign exchange charge, two times in the past ten days for a total of $183.09. I called the number and got a foreign customer rep who assured me she would have a credit sent through to my account. After I mistakenly blocked a collect call from a family member at a correctional facility, I tried approximately 4-5 times over 2 weeks to "unblock" with T-Netix customer service. I bought the iDrive because it offered a quick and simple approach to mounting a garage door opener. The design seemed ingenious...and it really is...but their implementation of the motor/gearbox is less than robust. I purchased the "Unlimited World" program from Skype, that offer conferencing service, for one year on April 27, 2008. They also have “Fair Usage Policy”; subject to a fair usage limit of 10, 000 minutes per user per month. All American Hot Dog King. This little man ripped me off for 5k and gave no warranty unless I shipped the item back down to Miami at my own cost. From the cheap burners that he uses..I have high flame and there is no low flame. None of these burners are even positioned properly and are already rusted.
