Hi My name is Mary E Johnson and I ordered tea from Wy Yi Source website one time and they continue to charge my credit card without my permission. I even called the same number to tell them that I no longer wanted to buy tea and still they charged my credit card three times and I received one shipment. I would ssure appreciate it if this company would stop charging my card. Also stop giving us the run around with these automated messages and give me a live person to talk to. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and if I have to take further action I will. Someone needs to contact me immediatly! read full review »

Fraudulently charged my credit card for an amount of $1.48 and I had never heard of them before, let alone done any business with them ever. My credit card fraud department called and advised me of such. What a bunch of scum bags. Now I have had to cancell my card and renew. They amongst 5 other companies have done the same for small amounts under $15.00. Stamps.com, emusic.com, bmc doubleday books.com, vistaprint.com, grantsrez.com, clickandbuy.com and they just hang up on you when you try and inquire. read full review »

Sunrooms America, INC was hired to build a sun room onto our house. We took so much water damage since their easy project started that we had to replace our entire kitchen. They ruined our home. The project was only supposed to take 11 weeks, three months passed before they left. We had to hire other contractors to fix everything they ruined. Horrible horrible service. Sloppy construction. I ordered a "free" bottle online on Nov. 11. It had not come when my credit card security company called me Nov. 26 and asked if I had authorized an amount of $89.31. They gave me a toll free number to call. A young woman named Hannah said that I had agreed to the charge when I did not call or email within 15 days. they have been charging my credit card since Oct 31, 2008 i have not received any products my new charges from them is up to 249.50 plus intest. My credit card agent called and they could not get thru. Great TV until the picture went blank after just 18 months. The audio continued but I would have gotten a better discreption of the ballgame on radio. Of course it was out of warranty and I did not buy the extended coverage offered by Best Buy due to the high cost. I contacted Samsung and they required a copy of my receipt which I faxed them the same day to a number in Texas, and they promised to call me upon receipt of it. After doing much research. It seems that my father, 73 years old, is not the only person who has been scammed and ripped off by premier bathrooms!
My father had a sales person come out to his house regarding the purchase of a bathtub on 8 Jul 2008. He gave them a deposit of $5, 300. A few days later he called to cancel the product. He was told that too much time had elapsed and that no money would be refunded.

On November 22, I ordered the Walter Doll and Peanut Doll for my family's Christmas surprise. Web site showed the items as available and not on back order. To date, I have not received the items or an e-mail advising shipping is delayed. They are nearly impossible to contact. There is no contact information on the store website. I have tried the phone number on my Visa statement and it is a private residence. I have tried two e-mail addresses from other people filing complaints and one was returned as undeliverable. This is a "scam" product company! I was charged "unsolicted" $44.85 when I ordered ONLY Acai Powder...advertisement for "Hoodiburst Gum & Hoodiwater(not included in order)...Calls made to company are all but "impossible" to resolve because of delayed "holding"...(79 minutes 59 seconds!!)
for each attempt. They use this tactic to deter "cancellations" whereby you MUST HAVE a "Customer Care and RMA # to RETURN product!

In October, 2008, I paid $1.97 to Grant Research Guide. I have tried to cancel this Grant for a month. I noticed in my bank statements this fradulent company has taken $59.08 in November and $59.08 in December. Each time they take money its a different Grant company name with different phone numbers. It did not go through simon processing system.
