Recently, I ordered a Optoma TX782W Projector from TopChoiceDigital.com. Their advertised price was $1, 800.00 (about $500.00 less expensive than the competition). They advertise the lowest price on the market to get the order, then they call you on the phone to switch the product. After ordering online, they called me up to "confirm my address" and to ask me if I want the projector with a 50 hour bulb or a 4, 000 hour bulb. They have customers send in gas receipts after sending them $5 through paypal. They promise to send you a $25 gas card for every $100 in receipts each month. I followed the directions, and received an email saying "you completed the requirements, please continue sending following the process, and your cards are forthcoming; please do not respond to this email." Yep, this guy got me too. I can't believe I didn't check it out before I tried the "free trial" for Colonmed 700. Now my account has been charged for $88.97 by "pomacaicleanse". In a similar vein I ordered the "free trial" for the Acai, and instead of just sending me the Acai, they also sent me Hoodiawater and Gum, and charged me $44.85 for it all. I went to a Fedex Kino's location to scan 2 documents. Had the worst experience of my life and came back seething. Here is the list of things that went wrong: 1. First of all, no signs anywhere stating where the scanner was. I had to hunt around the whole store till I found one. 2. Was contacted in Oct by MyPartD USA and they suggested Todays Options as a medicare pay for fee service for our Medicare. So we signed up. I cannot get customer service to do anything they say they will do, They have not paid for any claims and they assured us that we were covered. They have not even sent a card and they told me they would three different times. They won't even reset my password for my online account. They transfer me to the nurse to have her reset it. This apartment complex is nothing but trouble. In 2003 we bought a water heater from Whirlpool. It was a 50 gallon LP water heater. We wanted a 40 gallon but the store didn't have any in stock. The 7280 that I purchased is not visible to my laptop even after the CD install. I spent over 5 hours with India and 2 different techs without any success. I have another printer (Epson) that i installed in less than 5 minutes, so itis not my system. I also contacted HP customer service and the advice they gave me was to do a removal and a reinstall. My husband and I purchased a Dencor Energy Management System for our new home in November 2005. We were told by the installer that by using this system, we should see monthly energy savings of between 30-40%. We have yet to see one penny of savings with this system since it was installed.
