I bought a car for $11, 000, and two weeks later the enging light came on! I told the dealer and he said to find a shop to fix it and he would pay for it. I found a shop and they faxed the cost to the dealer and he has not responded to my calls or to the shop. It is now three weeks later and my engine light is still on. The turbo has several leaks, and one of the engine coild is out so the car sputters and jerks because it is misfiring! The phone number given on the website to cancel your trial and avoid the 78.81 charge first said mailbox full and now says its not a working number. I don't know of any legit business that gives a non working number. I do have what I believe to be Nick Molina's personal phone number that I got from my bank transaction. This number is 3055341052. I wish I would have seen this before I sent them my 6 month security deposit of 976.00 yesterday afternoon. They told me that it was the last day that I could send it and today the number to the company is not even valid anymore. Back in June, I received a phone call from phone pages asking if all our information was still the same or if I wanted to make any changes, thinking it was yellow pages which we do business with I simply said Yes its still the same and went on with out thinking. Since then they have faxed us over 50 times and they keep adding interest on the $500 plus bill. On 09-01-08 I entrusted Trade Direct with my portfolio of stocks, worth $153, 0921 with assurance that all trades would be entered with 'stop loss' provisions of 5%. My order was placed on 11/13/08 for (2) 8" Digital Photo Frames. I received (1) initial email confirming purchase and payment confirmation. My order status on the company web site says that items were shipped via ground with no tracking number. After many emails to them and no replies, I am worried that I too may have been scammed. I have filed complaints with the BBB & FTC. My next objective is to write a letter to the State of New York Attorney General and send a letter to their physical address via certified mail. This is the fourth time I've reported Omni Business Solutions. Incredibly, they have contacted me three times after nearly selling me a contract two years ago. First Option Mortgage RAISED our fees at closing with NO notification or authorization. We were told by Josh Fitzwater to close the loan and he would see what he could do. An employee stole a pair of expensive sun glasses while I was getting an oil change. The police was called and the employee who was suspected of taking the glasses did not cooperate with the police. The other employee did not do well on a lie detector test. Owner John Markeli does not want his employees to admit guilt because that would make Express Care responsible for the glasses.
