I purchased a HS 110 dirt bike, a HS 50 dirt bike, and two G-Max helmets. The sales rep, Tina Wilson suggested that I pay a deposit in the amount of $550.00 by personal check, in order to get a 5% discount. The deposit was sent on Nov. 15 and the check cleared on Nov. 24. From the tone of this company's salespreson and aggressive nature, I suspect this company was into scamming. The got my number online as I was looking for insurance quotes. I got a phone call from a man by the name of John Spartan. I think that is what he said because of his strong Indian accent. He informed me that I had 3 civil allegations filed in court and that I would be arrested the next day Dec.3, 2008. I asked him when this was done and could not tell me the date of the loan date but told me that the affivated was filed in April 2007. He also stated that the references would be arrested as well. I asked him also how much the amount of the loan and he said 300 dollars. My credit is not good enough to even get a credit card for that amount. I was injured while walking through an area where too much equipment was put after renovation. I had just finished a Yoga class so I had on flipflops. A member had left an iron bar laying in the walk area and I hit it with my foot, splitting open my big toe. I had to have 5 stitches and could not wear shoes for a month. The manager said that I could not come in to work out, even just upper body because the Center required tennis shoes. No one else wears tennis shoes in the yoga/pilates area. I received a bill from Medicare where they were being billed $328.09. This is not my bill and nor did I have these services rendered. I called Medicare and they gave me the companies phone number to call; 915-561-5091 and the phone is not in service. I was sh0cked to find out that many of the coats in this store are selling for $200 over retail value. I think it is absurd that they want their consumer to think that 40% off for the holiday is a good deal, but with the discount the coats are retail price from the manufacturer. I just received a bottle of Acai Pure 1 unit . I did not order this and i do not want to pay for it. I do not even want to pay the postage. I do not understand why companies send out products without them being ordered. In the beginning I ordered one bottle to try and was to only pay the postage. I had received a call from e-tour and travel for a trip to Florida and at first it seem ok so I purchased it but went to my computer to see if it was a good deal. I have been a customer/Employee of Lunds for a good many years. And over that time I have seen the company cut back on hours and introduce policies that have done nothing but make the management look like greedy bullies.
