I placed my original order for furniture in May of 2008. We paid for half of it so that it could be ordered in July 2008. In August we were told it was discontinued and to pick something else out. We did, it was ordered the 2nd week of August. 16 weeks have now gone by. Each time I call (every couple weeks) I am told a certain date that it will be in, and it's never in!!! Bought this washer wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please find another machine to buy. I spent a lot of money on this and it leaks, smells, ruins my floor and my clothes (it twists clothes together in a big tangle) and our clothes are not even clean. Has error codes flashing. Just not of good quality. I regret buying it. I had an old washer for 12 years, after it finally quit i splurged (or so I thought) on an energy, water saving machine. this company claims that I have signed up for their services and keep charging my credit card 119.00 and 59.99 and 64.99 for their services. I have not signed up for anything from them. They can not even produce the paper that I have signed. Each month I have to call and cancel these charges with Chase credit card company. Chase has even talked with these people and keep getting the same results I do. I signed up for the "risk-free" trial, which only was supposed to cost $4.95 for shipping. I received that in the mail. Then a few weeks later, my card was charged $79.95! This company is a joke. I have told this story at partys and entertained hundreds. For some reason they desided to pay my taxes even thou I pay them dirrectly and have never been late. This is a small amount to grumble about I know, but how they have done things has really ground my gears. I got a 3V card to purchase a game from them and credited the account with £20 to make a £19.99 purchase, ( free postage BTW ). When checking the order status I then found the card had been refused because a £1 test charge had been taken and there were now insufficient funds to cover the purchase. 3ix Hosting moved my server and in the process killed all 23 websites I had with them. The tech support is dumb as a door nail and they hide behind ticketing system. Any request has to be followed up by at least 10 different updates and at the end they don't know their head from their tail.
