I have never lived with so many roaches. When me and my girlfriend rent this apartment we didn't realize that we had company. I seen one I killed it. Then I reported the roach to the complex offices. I rented 5 movies on 11/27/08, Thanks Giving Day at Red box kiosk that is located inside Wal-Mart that is open 24 hours on Ramon ave in Cathedral City California and returned all of them on 11/28/08 before 9 pm watching all 5 movies being accepted during the return 1 by 1 as you have to make separate transactions to return 5 movies, you cannot return all 5 at a time to a kiosk. On 11/25, I signed up online for a $3.88 for a kit to work on the Internet. I never received the kit, but I was billed $75.00 on 12/01. I called to cancel, but they said they could not do anything about the charge. I wanted to complain about the fact that I spent 800.00 on a Dolce and Gabbanna frame that broke after 4months. They wanted to charge me 50% to replace what was obviously a defect. They broke down and replaced the frame with a display model. Then a few months later I called them to inquire about my scratch protection as my lenses are scratched up. They never call or keep their word on the most minor of issues to begin with so I knew I had to stay on them about my new card since I use it for direct deposit and I need that money to live. This accountant lied about his fees, increased his fees without warning, filed the wrong documents with the IRS causing us to get fines and warning letters, and stopped all communication with us when confronted with his mistakes .
