NYCHA transfers
I have been waiting for NYCHA to complete my transfer after it has been approved going on a year now. It was granted due to me living an hour away from my grandfather who is terminally ill and requires assistance. He lives in Taylor-Wythe Houses. I live in Linden. I wonder what are they waiting for? If I were a Hasidic Jew, I'd have an apartment there already. My priority is high due to his illness and still I'm waiting! Does anyone know how I can get help with this? Even after emailing the head of NYCHA...still no help. I tried again today. And I'm going to my councilman for help. read full review »

I checked my bank account on the web today and saw that this company, AMK*PTS WINDSOR COLLEC 866-439-4493 OH, charged my credit card in the amount of $89.99, but I did not authorize them to do this.
They charged my card on October 21, 2008, but I did not use my credit card on that day. I have not even used my credit card in several months and have been using cash to pay for everything.

Rainsoft Water Treatment Systems
For well over 2 years now I have been battling terrible water spots on everything the water drys on, ie shower enclosures, fixtures, coffee caraffes etc. Local dealer and manufacturer have tried to remedy the problem but to no avail. I have paid for private testing that shows corrosivity and sodium in the residue that dries. Rainsoft says because their tests show proper numbers then the unit is working properly. This place says how good they are and I have found out that they sell dogs from other kennels under their name and they are not from their stock. The animals are left outside with no protection and they live in holes dug into the ground. They say their dogs are chanpions but they have no awards. They have tried to inject the wormer into the dogs and they have tried to administer the heart wormer through the dogs nose. I noticed the charges after a few months. My credit card company closed my account (credit only half the charges) and opened a new account with a new number for me. The charges still continued with no break. The credit card conmpany said they must have it in their contract to be able to access a new account. I said "ok" close my account. No more doing business with you. F* MNI and the banks who allow them to sucker people.
Get credit, dispute it, and THEN close your credit card card account! It's all you can do.

I would like to complain about RealCare.biz, insurance company that offers the worst customer service. I spoke with them at the Realtor Expo on Oct 15 2008 which was 2 weeks ago and they promised to call me with follow up because I needed insurance and needed to get it by the end of October so I can cancel my existing policy and get a new one starting Nov 1st. We did not join this book club. Somehow they got our email . They sent 2 books and charged us 13.something dollars. I receive emails to choose additional books costing around 25.00. I have sent numerous emails and I get a message back stating they do not accept emails.
We are waiting for more correspondence from them so we can find out what sstate they are from.
Last week I received an advertisement to choose 2 books or they were chooding for us.

We also were tricked in a similar manner into this lease agreement. I have tried multiple times to contact them to get a copy of the so called lease that they say we signed with them. WE NEVER DID. We signed an agreement with NPMG who I also have a problem with, Jim Krane and then the Principal Payment Solutions processing house. At least PPS has been easy to work with, NPMG has been very difficult and First Data Global Leasing is impossible to work with/get a hold of. All efforts to get an RMA (Return Merchadise Authorization) were made but to no avail. We called several times and waited for at least 30 minutes and were cut off twice each time. I had set up payments to be taken out bi-weekly. What they didn't tell me was that it was only good for one year. They didn't tell me that I had to resign again. I missed a payment and they rasied my interest rate to 29%. When I called them they refused to help me or lower the interest rate. I told them that if they could lower my interest rate that I could pay off my credit card and get back on track. They would not work with me or make any adjustments. I contracted with ABKA to cut and install granite countertops in my kitchen. They broke several pieces of granite with their carelessness, damaged my cabinets and dishwasher and tried to subsitute a cheaper sink for the one I had provided. On October 22, 2008 my son took his 1999 Honda Civic to Scott's automotive in Lubbock. After inspecting it, they determined that he had a bad engine and his only option was to replace it. They gave him the B&R auto parts name as a place to call for an engine. He called B&R auto parts and they did have an engine available. I recieved a letter in the mail with a check for $1810.00 dollars and directions to call for training and probation task, and to call a Mike Adams and or a Freda Williams. The check was issued from a company out of Chicago, Performics Inc. A real company from thier web site that does marketing for internet clients. I saw some other complaints on some other web sites saying this was a scam. I am currently unemployed and could use the money but don't want to break the law.
