After calling Customer Service and trying to cancel my online order apparently unsuccessfully, their product shipped 6 weeks later and my credit card was charged. As I was instructed, I refused the shipment and it was received by them 2 WEEKS later for refund processing. Customer svc has told me 3 times now that it takes 3-5 business days to process the credit. Each time I call, I'm told to wait another 3-5 days, they can forward my complaint to the "corporate" office but can't return my call because they only have incoming phone lines. WHAT A CROCK!!! I purchased a reconditioned power pak for $295.00 on July 1, 2008 ( this was my third power pak in three years) and th unit went dead in Sept. 2008. I have been a good customer and have not recieved any satisfaction on your reconditioned power paks. You need to reimburse me or send me a completely NEW unit, not a reconditioned one. On August 2, 2008 a wind storm caused a tree limb to fall into my garage. My insurace company sent out an adjuster and filed the claim and sent out a check for payment to repair. I have a consumer complaint against Neopost S.A. (30955 Huntwood Ave., Hayward, CA 94544), a company that rents out postage meter service. Neopost told me I could feed envelopes through the postage meter we are renting from them just as I did the Pitney Bowes. Twice, doing this has cost us money. Our 4 year old Genie Pro opener has occasional phantom openings. When it happens neither the remote or the wall control will lower the door. The circuit breaker must be turned off and back on. Today for the first time I was able to observe the opening. The lights in the house flickered off/on one time and the door went up. I have been getting calls from this collection agency every day for over a month now. I tried to call back to inform them that the person they were looking for is not at the number they have on record. But the furthest I can go is a prompt to wait for a live agent. I ordered a large heated dog bed. It was not large enough for my old dog and I requested a return authorization. I was given the RA number. I then went to UPS to ship it back to Pet Street Mall. As it turned ou the cost to ship it back was more than the cost to purchase the item. On contacting Pet Street Mall they refuse to help. My 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid needed a jump start because I left the dome light on overnight (I know. I should get what I deserve for this inexcusable mistake!) I was to have my gas restore today. The customer service representive I spoke to said, "you don't have to be home, we can turn on your gas from outside." I waited one week for this service.
